He has always made my family and I feel completley at ease and has always answered any questions of mine with thoughfulness and accuracy. I chose to see Dr. Haughton while I was pregnant with my first son and although he is not particularly an OB/GYN provider, he is fully capable of treating those who are with child. I never felt rushed when he addressed all of my concerns as a new mother and I felt like he genuinely cared about my well being. He doesnt work full time ( which is probably why he's so good at what he does) so you have to be flexible because he may not be available at your every beck and call but he is totally worth the wait I feel so lucky to have been able to find a doctor that I feel like I can talk about anything with and not be judged or chastised. he never talks to me in a condescending manner and has always been professional I will be going to dr. I spent over a year trying to get Dr. Dybro to take seriously my complaints of menstrual irregularity with extreme pain during menstruation. I was in my 30s, young for perimenopause. I thought I might have endometriosis. She thought I had PCOS, which test results did not support. She stood by her diagnosis because she discriminated against my body type--I have always had visceral body fat, as do most people in my family. It's our genetics. She couldn't see past that and was counseling me to develop an eating disorder: things she actually told me: "Maybe you should stop eating fruit" when I told her I was already eating a low-glycemic diet, and "It's pretty normal for women your age to be in pain." Eventually I prevailed and got an ultrasound. It showed that I had endometrial cancer. I needed emergency surgery, but I luckily caught it before it had spread to other organs. I can't even imagine what would have happened if I hadn't kept fighting for appropriate care. I started going to this clinic because I heard they were queer friendly. That may be, but they need to seriously hold Dr. Dybro accountable for rampant fatphobia (I was a size 14 at the time of treatment, I can't even imagine how larger people were treated). No one else should live with excruciating pain that turns out to be cancer for over a year because she thinks they're just eating too much fruit and their pain is "normal."

Angela Zechman MD is a competent doctor and her staff are a joy to work with but it will cost about $100 plus a month and they keep you coming each month without any regard in the impact on your budget. All they really do in take you blood pressure, weigh you and give you a new prescription for phentermine. Check with your insurance company. Multicare Health and Wellness in right now the street on Lilly Road and is covered by Regence Uniform and some other insurance programs. It is more comprehensive. The have a psychologist and a dietition. All covered by insurance.

I was beyond anxious, among other things, because of low estrogen. That's it. I walked in there with all the signs and was told I should take BC when it has done nothing but make my PCOS worse. If they had bothered to do hormone testing, which, yes, they can do, especially when you are over 35, they could have prescribed estrogen cream. Instead, they let me go on in agony. And for those who don't know, joint pain is a sign of low estrogen.
