My service advisor Ryan Mulligan, is the best of the best. Very knowledgeable, thorough, excellent communicator, efficient, top notch customer service. I watched him juggle so much with ease whilst maintaining a professional demeanor- like a duck on water- calm on top... feet flapping under so fast. He kept me informed and listened to my concerns. Seriously he is the best. My noise issue was fixed on first try and alignment is excellent- car tracks pin straight. So big kudos to my auto tech no 175167!! They had to take my steering column apart. Kind of annoying design flaw on Toyota's part because noise is a known issue so another option would have been nice (like re-packing with silicone) but still better than a total column replacement. Cost of parts was nil, overall book hours are reason for high cost to repair. This is no fault of service department but if you're hearing me Toyota- you can do better!!! Courtesy shuttle staff are incredibly sweet, friendly and professional. The most negative part of my experience was with the car jockeys who take people in. They are so obnoxiously rude. The first day I showed up they were pushy but the second day put me over the edge. Someone seriously needs to talk to this group because they are the first face/impression for the most profitable department in the whole dealership. I worked in service departments for many years and the experience with these jokers was unacceptable. The second day I was the only car at 11 am in the two lane park to drop off. You would think I was blocking the whole area during the morning rush to drop off with how pushy they were. Ryan walked me to the courtesy shuttle area and these guys were yelling at him across the way in front of me, a customer. Not a good look!! They did not listen to what I was trying to communicate to them on my second day drop off. Someone needs to tell these characters that they are a part of the customer service experience. Honestly, if I could just drop off with my service advisor and then have them pull car around it would be a much better experience. I'm not easily intimidated but having two men standing over me while I'm trying to get out of my car and arguing with me with an attitude the second I pulled up really set me over the edge. I'm a very reasonable person and having been on both the auto service side and as a customer I know why they are the way they are but this negative experience makes the jobs of the advisor much harder. The advisor has to mitigate our negative mood coming in on top of explaining expensive diagnostic/repairs to lay people who are probably upset about the cost in this current economy. Seriously someone please talk to the jockeys. Other than the jockeys a great experience. Will update to 5 stars if you fix the jockey issue. If Ryan is not working there I'm not coming back. read more

I had the worst experience ever with this dealership. Of course. The price changed when I got there online says one thing, and then you get there and they change it, they raise the price, they don't give you the promotion deals like they say they're going to they want to take all your money and not give you the car. I have to come back to receive my car. Now they told me, it's gonna be another lie. I will never to deal with this dealership. Again, I advise you to stay away. Horrible experience. You don't get treated like the v I p they say you are never again. Will I be back read more

I brought my car in for a check engine light and left feeling like I'd been upsold rather than helped. They replaced the purge valve, but also billed me for induction and fuel injection services and a washer nozzle that I never asked about. On top of that, I put new tires on this car at the beginning of the year, and by the end of the year they were telling me I needed new tires again. That's simply not true, and it made me question everything else on the invoice. I won't be going back. read more

Since the moment I entered the showroom it was 100% adveserial. Getting a simple answer from the salesman and then the sales manager was impossible. After playing this silly shell game, I asked why the "new price" that included over 8k more than advertised, was for and they advised me that they would never give that information to me because they knew I would take that info to another dealership as a bargaining tool. So I was supposed to accept their final number without knowing what they represented? Stay away from this organization. read more

Worse experience ever. They give you the car without approval. Two months later they called you and ask you to return the car. All the marketing promotions are fake. Service techs are utterly and completely incompetent, I've had to come back twice for them to fix a problem they created!! The second time was SPECIFICALLY to fix the rear camera they disconnected. I even paid 150 dollars to have my oil and tires rotated EARLY, so as not to waste the effort. I get into my car, the freaking camera is still disconnected! The car even tells you it's disconnected VERBALLY!! As if that's not bad enough, I just left the dealership, and now NEITHER the front nor rear camera are working!! So now i'm going to have to wake up at 0 dark thirty on the o ly day I get to sleep in to take my car to the folks who installed my cameras, so they can fix the connections that Lipton screwed up and I'm going to have to pay for that too. I will never step foot in Lipton again, nor would I recommend anyone else to either! Their utter disrespect of your time is a disgrace!! read more

I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before bringing their vehicle here. This dealership is independently owned and, unfortunately, does not uphold the level of customer service or professionalism typically associated with the Toyota brand. I initially brought my car in for a diagnostic, paying a $185 fee with the understanding--clearly stated by the service representative--that this fee would be applied toward the repair if I chose to move forward. I agreed. I was told the diagnostic would be completed the same day, but I received no update or communication. I had to call myself, only to be told the service department was already closed and no information was available. Since they are closed on Sundays, I had to wait until Monday to get any update--again, only after reaching out myself. After finally receiving the diagnostic results, I approved the repair. I was told parts needed to be ordered and that I could pick up my car and return once they arrived. Once again, I received no communication when the parts came in--I had to call, only to learn they had been sitting there for three days. I dropped my car off for repair, and after two days with no update, I contacted the dealership yet again. I was then told my service advisor had been off since the day I dropped off the vehicle, and there were no notes or updates in the system for anyone else to assist me. I was told to wait until he returned. When I finally spoke with him, I was informed--after all this time and inconvenience--that they could not complete the repair due to my car having a body kit. This was extremely frustrating, as the dealership had already seen my vehicle in person during the diagnostic and I had disclosed all modifications upfront. To make matters worse, I was also told they had ordered the wrong parts. Given the circumstances, I requested a refund, especially since the diagnostic fee was only agreed upon because it would be applied to the repair. However, the service manager, Andrew, stated that while they would refund the parts "as a courtesy," they would not refund the $185 diagnostic fee--despite their inability to complete the repair and the significant lack of communication and service throughout the process. Because they refused to complete the repair, I now have to take my vehicle elsewhere and pay for another diagnostic, as most shops will not rely on a previous one. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing--marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, disorganization, and failure to honor what was initially agreed upon. I strongly recommend saving your time, money, and frustration by going elsewhere. UPDATE: I finally received a useless reply to my negative Google review from this company asking that I reach out to them. The reply leaves no name or number as to who to contact. I call Lipton Toyota directly to see who I need to speak with. The representative is clueless and puts me on hold to see who I would need to speak with as a disgruntled customer. Lol again another identifier showing the lack of knowledge from this staff. A simple 3-second google search provided me with the name of the young lady in charge of internet reviews (marketing). The rep finally comes back on the phone to advise that Jwan (internet director) is not at her desk and will call me back. I have yet to receive a call from Nelson Lopes (operations director of the service center) nor a follow-up call from Andy Gutierrez (service manager) who needs to be immediately removed from his position as he is a pathetic representative of the Toyota brand. I will continue to vocalize the mistreatment and unjust I have endured from this company until I receive my money I paid based in false pretenses. read more

And I had gotten the best service I've ever had in any dealership. Thanks to Anthony (Tony) and Carlos. I came in ready with my questions and they were so patient with me. Was prepared to buy a car that day (and did) but they came with some crazy numbers and a whole lot of wasting my time. Went to Weston and bought a vehicle in 1 1/2-2 hours meanwhile these jokers are up 3+ hours of my time with nonsense. Glad they didn't get my business because I don't deal well with nonsense. I thought I was meeting Jorge as agreed but when I got there Wisler was going to deal with me. By the way I am pretty sure Jorge lied about not knowing when a $500 holiday money promotion ended. I found it online and Wisler agreed that 5th Jan was the correct date. They can't or won't tell you the answers to basic questions. Like what does their $1500 PDI inspection include as it should only be about $200 to $600 at most unless it has extra services attached. They can't tell you a breakdown of all their own added fees until you are picking the car up and they take you to finance. Wisler said he is only a salesman and doesn't know about their added fees. What? Surely this is basic information everyone asks for. Wisler apparently didn't know about the discount email on the Camry I was looking at and begrudgingly said they would have to honor the $3000 discount like they were doing me a favor! They didn't know all the differences in models that I have researched now too.as any technical details were avoided. Basically they want you to walk in and test drive and then buy without asking too many questions. I won't be dealing with them anymore. read more

Be cautious when shopping here. They do not honor their advertised online prices. I showed them the listed price from CarGurus--clear proof--but they refused to match it or even get close. Instead, they made us wait around under the impression they were "working on it," only to come back with a higher price. They even tried to pivot and sell me a completely different car. That stopped only when I stood firm on the specific vehicle I came for. One of the sales reps then claimed the online price didn't include fees. We understood that--fees are expected (even if they're excessive)--but our request was simple: honor the advertised base price. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch. I wouldn't trust the pricing you see online from this dealership. Be careful and shop around read more

Unacceptable, Bait-and-Switch Tactics - Sold the Car While I Was Negotiating! My experience with Lipton Toyota was a complete waste of time and profoundly disappointing. I was actively negotiating the purchase of a 2018 Toyota Rav4 XLE on Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2025. I had a written offer on the table, but had to leave without finalizing due to an appointment. I asked my salesperson, Jose Suarez, if he could give me until Friday, the 24th, to finalize negotiations. He agreed and gave me his business card. Despite clear interest, the dealership sold the car out from under me without so much as a phone call or email warning. I only found out when I was called by a female staff member who wanted to know about my experience at the dealership, and what it would take for them to gain my business. Five minutes later, a different female staff member called me and informed me the Rav4 was sold within 2 days! No communication from my salesperson, Jose Suarez. Instead of maintaining professional communication, he completely ghosted me and, without any notification whatsoever, sold the vehicle to another party. This is not just poor customer service--it's unprofessional and unethical business practice. The lack of respect for a serious buyer's time is stunning. If you are looking for a dealership that values transparency and honesty, do not go here. They demonstrated they are only interested in a quick sale, regardless of how they treat potential customers. read more

I left a $1,000 deposit with this dealership while considering the purchase of a vehicle. I ultimately decided not to move forward, and there was no signed agreement or finalized sale. Despite repeated requests for my refund, the dealership has refused to return my deposit. I called multiple times, spoke with several people (including finance managers), and was met with rude, dismissive behavior. One finance manager was outright unprofessional. I was told I would receive an email confirming the refund -- that never happened. The charge still went through on my bank account, and now my calls are being ignored. They also falsely insisted I needed to come in person to get my money back, even though Florida law does not require that -- in fact, that may violate consumer protection laws. I have now filed official complaints with both FDACS (Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services) and the Better Business Bureau. Be very cautious dealing with this dealership. If this is how they handle a simple deposit, I can only imagine how they treat people after a sale. I'm sharing this publicly to help others avoid the same experience. read more

I never write reviews but I can tell why this place has so many bad ones. Management needs to work on their professionalism and be less rude and condescending to their clients. They had me there for hours under the impression I would get the price we negotiated but instead was met with rudeness and aggressive tones when I asked for the appraisal copy to come in the next day because it was getting late. They wanted me to leave a deposit on a car even though it is impossible to sell a car overnight when the dealership is closed and I was going to come back in first thing the next morning. They were also extremely rude over text and not willing to work with me at all on the phone. Unless management changes, don't waste your time coming here. read more

Talk about bait-and-switch. Lipton Toyota should be ashamed of its "manager". Today, he didn't listen to the saleswoman about HER CUSTOMER. He didn't listen to me, THE CUSTOMER. First, after I got quotes from Kelly Blue Book and Carvana (quotes were within $150, after supplying detailed photos), a saleswoman from Lipton Toyota calls me and says she'll give me higher than the KBB on a trade-in for a new car, and she has in stock two cars in the exact model we were discussing. I get there. The two "exact" were actually used and several years old and then she tells me they have an "exact new one" coming in less than 30 days. Frankly, it was the exact one I wanted. I said I'm good waiting. Then "the manager" comes out to finalize the deal and the paperwork, and bam! Now, $5k+ less for my trade in and $9k more for the "exact"... because it wasn't! Then the manager tried to explain that he "didn't know the details of the deal previously discussed"! No, he's incompetent and disrespects women because he didn't listen to the saleswoman nor her customer, and thought he could talk his way into taking advantage of the situation. There are other Toyota dealers. read more

My experience with these people have been hell. Do not go to this dealership or any Toyota dealer. My finance guy Dwight was trash!!! I told him I was a single mom and explained my situation. I had got into a car accident today and it was my bday an needed a new car for me and my kid. I was almost done paying off my old car and My credit was at 720! He told me my insurance wouldn't be high and he would give me time to get personal insurance but would give me temporary insurance for a month and let me drive off the lot. A MONTH LATER I get a letter in the mail saying Toyota denied coverage for my vehicle and my license will be suspended. So now I'm paying 250 to get my license reinstated plus 5 something for insurance and another 6 something for my car note. He also convinced me to get a Toyota credit card to help with the auto loan said it would help my credit even more. Another 77 a month ...Well that's a lie because they purposely wait a week or 2 to take the payment then when it's not there add late fees and now they have added it to my credit as a late payment when I have had the money in my account each time! I have been getting my Toyotas serviced at Lipton Toyota for over four years because of Robert Velez, one of their best service advisors! He is an asset to their dealership! I tried to lease both my 2014 Camry SE and 2016 Corolla S from them, as they are the closest to where I live, but for some reason, Autonation Toyota has offered me a lower price on the exact same car, option for option, on their first proposal. My lease is up in one year and I'm sure I will give Lipton another opportunity to earn my business, as the staff is friendly. However, when you do come in for service, they have sales associates waiting by the service advisors in an attempt to try and interest service customers into a new car. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in April of 2022 and it was an extremely disappointing experience. I have been filled with false information from the sales people and the manager. Also, my "CERTIFIED PREOWNED" vehicle broke down within 3 days of my purchase. The battery died. We all know that batteries can be checked with a machine that will tell you the condition of the battery, but somehow this passed their certified preowned inspection. I had to fight to get this battery replaced by them. In addition, this vehicle was sold to me under the pretense of having Apple Carplay, which it did not. However, there was a software upgrade that was available in order to make it work. On Toyota's website, it said that it can be offered as a free service or a small fee which is dependent on the dealerships discretion. Needless to say, this dealership wouldn't even try to make things right. They just stopped responding to my calls. Stopped calling me back regarding any of my issues and just left me on the back burner. However, they knew how to call me every other to see if I was still interested in purchasing their car.
