Handle a real estate for me fast, professionally and reasonable priced. I am out of state and their service was very good.

Suzanne P Inge - Boyd Tavern

Suzanne represented me in a traffic matter in Mecklenburg District Court…read more Bottom line up front: my reckless driving charge was reduced to defective equipment. As readers of this review are probably aware, in Virginia a reckless driving conviction is a misdemeanor that stays on a person's criminal record, in addition to being a six-point moving violation for DMV purposes. On the other hand, defective equipment is a three-point ticket that is not considered a moving violation, and I am thrilled at the outcome. While some of the result is due to my record--I have no moving violations in nearly 20 years of driving--I also completed a driver's improvement course prior to my court date at Suzanne's recommendation. Suzanne's paralegal Ami explained that if I sent the certificate from my course along with my record that Suzanne could probably get the charge reduced, but I thought the outcome would be a three-point violation like improper driving. This reduction completely exceeded my expectations. During my driver's improvement course, the instructor advised that a local attorney can be a good investment in Virginia traffic cases, as they have practice delivering an effective argument that makes the most of the time in front of the judge--often less than 5 minutes. The instructor also explained that for some Virginia law firms traffic cases can be a big business, which is why I got flooded with advertisements for for 3 weeks after my traffic stop. Given the nature of traffic cases and my circumstances, I felt strongly that I wanted an experienced, female attorney who was local to the area. I tried calling the Virginia bar and worked other attorney friends for recommendations. Literally none of the 30+ ads or the three other firms I called fit my criteria--but Suzanne did. I corresponded entirely with Suzanne's office manager and paralegal Ami, who was professional and easy to talk to. As noted the team made recommendations about evidence that could improve my case, they were good about explaining the process and correspondence in general, and their fees were identical to the other firms I considered or for whom I received ads. The best part? I did not even have to appear in court, which is huge because Boydton, VA is far from my home. Suzanne personally appeared on my behalf, and I got a summary of the result the same day. I hope you don't ever get a reckless driving charge, but if you do I recommend Suzanne.

Mrs Patrick dismissed my case intending to refile and did it WRONG. The opposing attorney told her TWICE that she was doing it the wrong way. As a result my entire case was dismissed. I had to allow her to fix her mistake . The NC bar has already agreed she did indeed mess up. She lost the appeal and Rule of 60 (do-over) cases. As a result...I got nothing- no child support, alimony OR retirement. She has the least amt of liability insurance an attorney can get (100k) and NOTHING is in her name. I paid her over 50K- she had to do an appeal and rule of 60 for free. She now has several attorneys representing her, and their attorney fees are paid by liability insurance. She refused to settle or discuss a settlement. I never felt she had my back, intentionally put things off, and was a terrible advisor. We never had a meeting before mediation, she was never prepared, and always seemed lost when appearing in court, and was dominated by the opposing attorney. I do not recommend using her !
