There is almost always a knowledgeable receptionist on hand, too, so you don't need to worry about waiting forever to get assistance.

So I purchased $40 of makeup and then at the cash register was told that they didn't have any makeup bags. I said what do I do. The young lady said go to one of our other stores and hope they have it . So I called one of the other stores and they said they did so I drove the 30 minutes over to the store and was told that I would have to return my items that I purchased and then re purchased them. I said ok. The young lady was a little upset that I wanted to do it this way and then she told me that I would owe $2.78 even though it should have been an even exchange. She tried to tell me that I had used a discount which I had not.. I explained to her to please look at the receipt and you will see that it's a straight even exchange she then called the manager and they spent about 20 minutes working on it and and they finally fixed it so that I received a refund, a partial refund . (Which means that there is a discrepancy in pricing from store to store or their machines are effed up. I decided to purchase something else and the young lady was a little upset that I took up so much of her time the 1st time and it was obvious in the way she dealt with me. Not sure that I'll be going back to that particular Ulta. But I did receive 2 free makeup bags.
