Company owner Mike and Kris are big Liars. I signed contract since April 2019 with $1200 to book the start date on 2nd week of June 2019 of my driveway extension and walkway. From beginning of June to end of July, I contacted them 7 times to confirm the start date but I got the following reasons of delay: 1) Poor weather, 2) too many jobs booked and need to start prior to mine, 3) need to complete southern city then to my northern area, 4) Kris had tooth surgery need time to recovery, 5) Kris need extended the recovery time and my job is the next one, 6) don't know the date, 7) need time to review the contract. As of early of September 2019, no further contact to me and no intention to complete my job. They refused to give me back deposit and finally I filed a claim to this company.
