They way to go is the buffe mode, which gives you entrance to meat heaven and a wide range of accompanied sides to it. The chefs will carve pork, lamb and beef in preferred temperature. And after that you are off to grab the sides by yourself to fill up the plate. They have a steady increase of pricing for the buffe year after year, but yet so far, i still go. Service is flawless, meat is great and the atmosphere is perfect. Bring a group, a friend or just go on your own, and you will be satisfied no matter what.
