She was able to put me in contact with a reliable and fast lender that worked so hard to get me the best interest rate. She marketed my house and managed the ever changing real estate transaction world finally selling my house above my initial hope for price to the best buyers of the bunch. Which is invaluable in this market! You need a realtor that will guide your decision making and explain why one transaction is better than the other. Then after sending her various links to various houses just asking her opinion (it is my largest investment) she sent me a link to a home she thought I would love and was right. She helped us negotiate a home purchase that I am completely satisfied with! This is the 3rd home I have bought and the only time I have felt this way! So if you want to have the best representation and to really have someone listen to your wants and needs I recommend seeking out Stacey and her team.
