They used semi permanent and said it would fade as her natural hair grew out. It lasted 3 weeks! And they wouldn't do anything about it after me calling. I paid 150$ for her to have a different color for 3 weeks. Very disappointed, had they clearly said it would fade it weeks, I would have told them to do permanent. Businesses should stand behind what they do, and ensure that customers are satisfied. Sadly won't ever go there again.
