Highly recommended pet sitter!…read more We met Katie shortly after we had brought our Yorkie puppy, Chip, home. As experienced pup owners, we knew what qualities we wanted, and didn't want in a pet sitter. We struggled to find someone that we trusted with our "baby" and access to our home. One afternoon, we literally bumped into Katie on the corner near our house, and had a quick conversation! That led to scheduling a meet and greet at our home. Chip immediately fell in love with Katie and we loved how thorough she was with all her questions and follow-up questions! Hubby and I immediately scheduled a date night! When Katie & Chip had their scheduled walk & play time, we got the best video follow-up, with a text letting us know how the visit went. Katie even followed up with us the next day to see how Chip was!! Needless to say, we consider Katie & the Nona Paws crew a part of our family. Super responsive, super responsible, and an indispensable part of having a pet!!

First off, I am very impressed with their digital tools from onboarding/booking through the communication with the customer during their service. I saw it on my friends phone when traveled together and Nona Paws was caring for my friends pets. My friend has now used their service multiple times and feels completely comfortable with how they handle the house visits in her absence. The pricing turned out to be too steep for what we needed (long trip and two hrs/day) but it would have been a great deal if we had multiple pets as their price is per hour.

Also, the vet charged A LOT, especially because the oldest one is a diabetic and required a daily insulin injection. I found Kathy, who came highly recommended from another pet sitting service that did not do medical and actually had Kathy watch their own pets when they were out of town. She made her 1st visit with us just to do all of the paperwork, meet they "kids", all of which was very thorough! She covered many items, some we did not even think of! She was very pleasant and professional, we were very impressed! She checked in with us everyday with a checklist of what was done and how everyone was doing. The kitties were very happy when we returned. The portal she used for checking in, updates and even photos was extremely helpful, easy and convenient to use. We will definitely use her again for our future vacations! Thank you Kathy for your loving care of our fuzzy kids!

We found the facility to be very clean and well appointed. The dogs are allowed to play all day in an outdoor common area, and then have individual kennels for sleeping. Our 2 dogs were able to share a kennel. After inspecting the premises, the owner suggested we leave our 2 dogs for a complimentary "play date", so that everyone, dogs and attendees could become comfortable. All of the people we met here were obviously dog and other animal lovers. We picked our dogs up from the play date, and a few days later went to drop them off for a week. As soon as we pulled in the parking area, the dogs began to whine with excitement. They remembered their play date, and were glad to be back! We rarely leave our dogs behind when traveling, so they were not accustomed to being kenneled in a new environment. We were so pleased when we picked them up, to squeals of happiness. Over the next several days it was obvious that our dogs had received excellent care, and lots of attention during their stay. Our big Golden Retriever has a new habit of rolling over for you to scratch his stomach, the moment you give him any attention. Obviously he got a lot of attention and affection during his stay. It's nice to know that Precious Pets has such exceptional care for pets, and is so conveniently located. We will have no hesitation about entrusting our animals to their care in the future!
