A little over a year ago I accidentally scheduled an appointment for both of my girls at this…read moreoffice (45 minutes away from home!) I'm so glad we did! We love, love, love the entire team! They always make sure to thoroughly explain everything, in a way that we can understand and will spend as much time as I need answering my questions. My four year old is never an easy patient and usually has to be held down for a cleaning and exam. The team is always so encouraging to us all through this, as well as patient and sweet and calm with her. We met Elana today for the first time and she was amazing with her! She was so patient and knew exactly what to do and say to put her at ease. My daughter smiled the whole time and told me after "the dentist is so fun and not scary anymore!" My husband and I were shocked that she did so well! While we never intended to travel 45 minutes for a dentist appointment we are so glad to have ended up at this office. I cannot recommend them enough!!

**Disappointing Experience**…read more I was very disappointed with our experience at this dental office. They claim to treat children, but unfortunately, I did not feel that they had the patience or understanding necessary to properly care for a child with autism. What was even more frustrating was the communication between the offices. It took almost a full year for them to send my son's dental records/report to his new dentist. This caused unnecessary stress and made the transition to a new dental provider much more difficult. I expected a dental office that treats children to be patient, compassionate, and understanding of each child's individual needs. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I would not recommend this office to families looking for a provider who is truly prepared to work with children with special needs.

First off, I have to commend them for their honesty and professionalism. I like the fact that I am in & out in a timely manner with amazing work accomplished. I have had a filling replaced to high end dental work that was seamless through Dr. Lee and Dr. Ghazi. Both these professionals exude experience and above and beyond bedside manner. True talents! The practice itself is expansive and state of the art. Great experienced, friendly & efficient overall staff. Covid rules and regulations are enforced in an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I went to two appointments here: one to get X-rays and in the system, then came back the next day…read moreto get a cavity filled. The first appointment was good! The staff was very kind, they made me feel listened to, and when they found cavities I was glad I could go back the next day to fix it. The day I got my cavities done was a whole different story. When I went in that day, I made two things VERY clear: I was anxious, and I would need more numbing than the average person. Every other place I have gotten cavities filled at has listened and given me extra doses of numbing agent if I needed it, even stopping treatment to add more. I got the gel and one shot, and by the time they started working I couldn't feel my teeth but I was less numb than I thought I should have been. My cavity was far back, so it was going to hurt my jaw regardless. They put something for me to bite in my mouth after they sprayed water in the back of my throat and I flinched. As the procedure went on, my jaw began to hurt a LOT, right around where all the work was being done. I told them it hurt, and they kept going. I tried to power through, and thought I was doing okay, but as the pain increased my anxiety got worse. My whole body was shaking on the table and tears started coming out of my eyes. I even wiped them away! They just kept working, and didn't stop until I raised my hand. I then cried for a few minutes and had to calm down a lot. After that they asked me if I was okay throughout the rest of the process, but how could they have not realized I was in distress? By the end of the procedure I could feel what they were doing to my teeth, they did NOT use enough numbing agent. The cherry on the cake was when at the end, after I had cried and been obviously upset, the dentist told me I should get Invisalign or braces because my jaw is misaligned. NOT THE TIME!! I thought I was okay, but the second I walked out of that waiting room I broke down and sobbed. I didn't stop crying for at least half an hour after, I felt so confused and hurt. I had told them I was anxious and I would need extra numbing, and I felt ignored. I have never cried during a filling before. It was the worst experience I have had in a dentist office, and I will not be returning.

In February, I made a consultation for my son and was quoted a price for dental work to be done…read more After I agreed to the price, I made the appointment and he went back to have the work done. Once the work was completed the price was $272.00 more than what was quoted. I spoke with the billing department and explained what was quoted and what I agreed to pay. After several phone calls back and forth and checking with the Dr. they agreed to the price that was quoted. I was also told that they didn't accept my dental insurance because it was out of network and the work wasn't covered, therefore, I paid the (quoted) balance due in full. Today, I received a bill from them which showed that they billed my dental insurance the $272.00 and the insurance paid $177.60 with a balance due of $94.40. After speaking with the billing department again, they said that my son was over 18 years old and that he approved the work that was done. I explained that I was the one paying for it and I went with him to the consultation and approved the work, not him. They kept telling me that it was a 2 step process and that's why they charged me the extra money. I had to remind them again that I received a quoted price from the Dr. and if it was going to be more money than what was quoted, they should have included it in the initial quote. Today after going through this ordeal again, they said they would credit my account the $94.40 but still received $177.60 from my insurance which was more than what was agreed upon. Make sure when receiving a quote it's for all the work that needs to be done not just the first step.

My daughter chipped her front tooth and they said it was too far gone for them to do the filling. We went to another dentist who did. The next cleaning, they scraped it as if it were a natural tooth and the next morning the new bonding fell off. I called in advance of our next appointment and asked if we needed to reschedule because we could not be late for a gymnastics competition; they assured me that we would be out. They kept us late with no place to stand or sit. When I went back to the office to speak to the dentist, my children were let standing in the hallway, and they heard the office staff complaining about me needing to go to gymnastics. They used a sarcastic tone, and my daughter was shocked. We left the office after that interaction. When the new office called to get the records, they mentioned how unprofessional the office staff was. Today, I was reminded of this whole ordeal because I filled out the medical transfer forms 4/1, and they still had not sent them. When I emailed to ask why, I received no response. Simply put, terrible service.
