I received a refund shortly after, but again, with no further communication from the company. Overall, my experience with Third Drawer Down has been extremely disappointing. There are lamps and photo frames and candles too. Everything fits and it is hard to not want to take it all home. There was also a really good section of plush toys but my favourite section was the one with the Christmas decorations. Despite being out far too early... it's only October... the decorations were not only beautiful but unique. The staff here are friendly and not at all pushy. I would expect to find such variety and quality either in the Dandenong Ranges or inner Melbourne. It was really fantastic to find a gift shop with such uniqueness within a suburban setting. The staff were engaging without the pushiness and it was nice not to be ignored. They even offered me a mug of tea and biscuit as I had had an horrendous day.
