They called a few days before and pushed us back until just after the play. We weren't happy, but we were understanding. They did come out and set up the lights (a portable system) so at least we had those. One of the light bulbs was broken and they said they would get that out in the next day or so. It never came. They were supposed to show up the next week, but they did not come out when they said they would next week, but showed up unexpectedly a week later. Not all of the parts were there (a missing cabinet door particularly) and we did not receive the training. I have made phone calls repeatedly for the last few weeks to get into contact with them so they can rectify the situation, but to no avail. They will not return my calls. The work that was done was very professional and high-quality, but the customer service aspect is lacking. We understand that things happen and come up, but communication is the key!

Unfortunately due to water and environmental conditions the bottom rusted and leaked, necessitating replacement. Abt could not have been more helpful, in this time of need. The Abt office (Nathan) immediately and fully addressed the situation. The Abt plumbers delivered fast and truly excellent replacement with a new Reliance 50 gallon hot water heater and installed all the necessary copper pipe, valves and fittings---including full labor at no charge. The plumbers (Russell Cartwright and Tyler Fite) installing the unit were very meticulous and highly competent in every detail. They also were extremely helpful and courteous. I have used Abt exclusively for over forty years and recommended their products and service to numerous other home owners--no one has been disappointed. Their appliances and equipment are always top quality but their service and commitment to stand behind and service these products is both outstanding and exemplary.
