First of all, I'm not a mall shopper, period. I loathe them. I had to go alllll the waaaay to Bellevue to hit the best paper store on the planet (Paper Source). There is so much going on in this building. The shops are mostly home design stores. For entertainment...pool lounge-comedy bar-arcade-bowling alley (21+ and insanely expensive) - and a top-floor movie theater. Food options include just about anything you can imagine. The building is connected to Bellevue Square (adding a massive mall and many additional food options). Lincoln Square itself is sharp with beautiful details (hanging blown glass art, a three-story water feature, beautiful marble staircases). read more

The only 2 things I like about this place are The Container Store and the movie theater. Other than that I don't really care for the rest.

Frankly, this is not the type of mall where you can wander around until you find something you want. Rather, it's a collection of a couple furniture stores, some restaurants, a bowling alley, and a cinema. Not that exciting, really. Where it does shine is its aesthetic. Everything is very well-lit, the connection to Bellevue Square via skybridge is pretty cool, and oh, look! There's a Dale Chihuly glass piece hanging from the ceiling! read more

Is there a better place to Indoor people watch than Lincoln Square. I don't think so. This is my location of choice when the weather is bad because they have plenty of garage parking, and you never have to go outside to eat, drink, play games, watch a movie or hang out at a coffee shop. It is the Pacific Place of Bellevue but with much cheaper parking and not nearly as much downtown headache. read more

This place is great! It houses a small but diverse amount of stores. The street level is mainly restaurants. Earls, Mccormick and Schmick's, Maggianos, and not really a restaurant but Tully's! Second level has a furniture store and lucky strike and a restaurant, as well as a perfect view of the hand blown glass chandelier and water fountain. Third level finally has the movie theater and The Parlor. It has a little bit of everything for everyone. Most importantly it connects to the Hyatt which has more restaurants and bars as it also connects to Bellevue square mall. The sky bridges are amazing as well. read more

This is an over rated mall. It is always packed and the parking is atrocious. Plan on an extra 15 minutes just to park. The restaurants are crowded and you must have a reservation. read more

Are you a software millionaire? No matter, come to lincoln square and pretend you're loaded. Get your maseratti and get on down to the parlor (zipcar.com has BMWs for rent short term). Other plush nightlife spots will also give you a chance to mingle with bellevue's "pretending to be rich and famous" people. read more

I came here to see a show at Parlor Live so I have no knowledge of the other businesses here. This is why I have given 3 stars and not one as I'm giving the benefit of doubt that the other businesses are great. Parlor Live and the route we had to go to get there from the parking garage deserve .5 star at most. There was a street closed that ran next to Lincoln Square on a Saturday night so it was madness trying to reach the parking garage. Everyone was pulling illegal U-turns to make it to the garage yet it was humorous as the car behind us felt compelled to blare their horn, give us dirty looks and flip us off as we made our U-turn yet the did the same thing too. I'm so glad that I wasn't driving. Stuff would have gone down if so. The only personality traits that I absolutely cannot tolerate is entitlement, smugness and racism. Bellevue is so filled with entitlement that it could almost be declared that it could possibly be blamed for global warming. I haven't even been in Bellevue in a few years and I see that it's even worse now than before. Anyways, back to my revue. I apologize for my tirade. We finally make it to the parking garage and tightly squeezed into a parking spot. The highlight of the evening is that parking was free. We took an elevator and an escalator to get to our destination which wasn't bad at all. The interior of Lincoln Square is upper class for sure, up to the Chalily Glass sculpture. The Parlor Live is poorly planned though. We had to go through the bar/pool hall and a dance club to get to the comedy club. Our show was early (830) but the crowd was thick trying to get to our ticket line and the comedy club. After leaving the comedy club, with a strained neck do to the poor seating in the VIP Booths (they should offer a 15 minute chiropractic care for VIP due to how you have to force your neck into an uncomfortable position to see the stage), we fought our way through the crowd at the dance club, pool hall and bar just to exit Parlor. We then had to fight our way to an elevator because a movie just ended and hundreds of people were wither waiting for the 4 elevators and also taking the escalator. It was insane. An elevator opened and a few people got out. As we asked a guy if the elevator was going up or down, he looked at us with such contempt (I wasn't the only one to notice it) as he pressed the door closed button without even answering our question. Karma's a bitch buddy. Well, we'll catch the next elevator. A few minutes later (granted, there's only 3 floors) an elevator opened and it was like a fire alarm went off, people quickly crammed into the elevator. We decided to take the escalator and after a few minutes of searching, we found the stairwell to the parking garage. It was a mad house getting out of the garage because two lanes of cars were merging into one and all I saw was Porches cutting off Mercedes who then wouldn't let the BMW driver in either. Good God people. Can't we all play in the sandbox together and get along? I'm sure that I would've added a star to this rating if rude people didn't dampen my night. I may give Lincoln Square another try but will be sure that this happen on a weed day to avoid the crowds. read more

perhaps i am not the target customer. or perhaps this "mall" doesn't have much to offer me. i have fallen in love with the container store, so this is really the only draw for me to visit. the movie theater is awesome... but i am happy with the ones closer to my home. lucky strike is nice, as is the parlor, but again... not the target customer. i'd rather spend my money elsewhere where it goes a lot further. read more

Lincoln Square is a contemporary, upscale addition to the shopping mecca across the street. Or at least it was supposed to be. In fact, it does not offer all that much in the way of shopping, and many of the retail spaces sit empty. With the few shops it does have, it can feel waaaay too big. But almost the entire space--the first floor, anyway--is really just a very fancy lobby for the Eddie Bauer office tower. Nobody I know shops here--as Bombay Co. found out the hard way--but we do come for the many, many dining and entertainment options, easy parking and direct connection to real shopping at the Square. All that make LS a repeat destination. read more

Worked in this building at the Microsoft office, but still come in to go to the theater and meet at Tully's. Sometimes even for Din Tai Fung if I'm up for the wait. I like the location but parking can be a hassle on busy nights. I wish they had a lot better stores that just the Container Store and a bunch of useless furniture galleries. They need a ZARA, H&M, and Apple Store (haha). read more

Love this beautiful building! It hosts Woods Coffee (1st level), Microsoft and Eddie Bauer offices along with Maggiano's and an Irish Pub restraint on the 1st level and a movie theater located on the 3rd level along with the Parlor Lounge. There is also a Din Tai Fung with long lines located on the 2nd floor right by the elevators and a connecting bridge to the Hyatt hotel and offices. Lucky Strike is also located in the center of the 2nd floor. Plenty of food and entertainment options in this building. Parking is easy and I usually park on 4 or 5. Depending on where you're going follow the signs for the elevators that will take you up to where you want to go for the Westin hotel or Lincoln Square. This can be a bit confusing but usually the elevators on the far left are for the Westin hotel and the far right is for Lincoln Square. I come here for work so I know the ins and outs of parking. Parking does need to be validated here and is free of charge from any of the vendors you decide to visit. Just FYI parking is free after 8pm in the garage. They also have a waterfall with beautiful Chihuly glass in the corner. read more

Ummmm...hmmmm...this is a "mall". It's a nice building. Parking is not great. It's in downtown Bellevue, so it's a pain to get to during peak hours. The sky bridges help. read more

Beautiful decor during Christmas Holiday Season. Westin is the ideal location in the center of everything.

I actually like this place better than Bell Square. lol. I know its a suburban thing to put everything together but it works for me: great restaurants, movie theater and nightlife all in one place. I like McCormicks for dinner and hh, Palomino for hh, Parlor for hh or a night out, Lucky Strike, Magianno's for dinner, the Container Store and so on. I also like the parking lot here-I don't have to go outside to stand in line at Parlor and the parking there is nice and convenient- the connection to Bell Square and the beautiful Chihuly sculpture. Great place to cheer out. The movie theater has comfortable seats and amazing screens. The arcade place is cool too for children or any familys or friends to hang out. Washrooms are clean and huge. Although there are not many businesses running here, because the Bellevue Square is connected, I do not think this counts as a disadvantage. Just taking few minutes to walk is all you need to do to get to a great shopping place. read more

The shops are decent enough, but parking staff are somewhat obtuse. My family parked in a stall that was on the forth-to-fifth-level ramp. It had no permit-required-number and by all signage it was fair to park there. An hour later I returned briefly to my car to stow a bag before going to a movie. The parking-staff had put up cones and signs that blocked off a few dozen stalls, including mine, blocking me in to that area. I was then approached by a staffer and told to move my car. Having only a minute before our movie started I debated with him the silliness of what was happening, but gave up quickly having no time and seeing that I was at risk of getting towed if I didn't comply. I asked the parking-staffer where I should park and he said I can park anywhere as he motioned to all of the fifth floor at the bottom of the ramp. What? I questioned that advice since signs say you can't park in numbered stalls on floor five, the only kind there are. But he unblocked my way at the bottom of the ramp and I moved to a numbered stall. No surprise as I headed to the elevators another staffer told me I would have to move my car. I was told to had to go back to the fourth floor. The ramp to the fourth floor was blocked as described above. I should have moved the signs anyway but instead I use the main exit ramp, which forced me to exit all the way out, pay and return. I chose not to return and risk any further shenanigans. I only missed the movie previews, so I guess no harm done and now I know to not park their in the future. read more
