Honestly this place has some hidden gems in terms of staff... you just have to know how to advocate for yourself and stand up for your needs, because they are a large facility, and it's really nice because you have freedom- it's people coming together to get better because they want to, and for me that has helped me a lot. It's not perfect like my main complaint was the food it wasn't awful but it's fine it's just temporary, it's not a 5 star hotel, but there are some really good people there. They helped me get through a court case.... I could have gone to prison..... I recommend coming here if you want help. There is always something to complain about, everywhere. compared to every other in patient rehab I have been to, this place has luxuries you will find no where else, you get your phone, a private room a pool and a large outside area with lots of different things to do. the food also was excellent 95% of the time. but I do have a few concerns. an incident that involved myself and at least 4 other individuals had money and debt cards stolen from there room, staff were slow to act and never resolved during my stay. my room and 3 others that I'm aware of have black mold reported in them, once again not resolved ( at least my room wasn't) and a possible health hazard finally, for detox, in my case while detoxing it was brutal to the point I could not get out of bed (amount many other intense symptom) There was a day I was not checked on. I couldn't get food due to BHTs refusing to bring stuff up for me because "I was overreacting" but admittedly was brought stuff eventually after as stated earlier didn't eat for a full day, and also not getting meds until I was able to get up. I guess I'll also say the groups were very basic, but I've been to so many places so I've heard it all before. a lot of it stems from the client to staff ratio which based on the location i understand completely, I do feel like more could be done with the available staff but that's just an opinion. once again, this place is really great for the most part and if needed I would come here again. thank you guys for everything! Horrible. They lie about the quality of both the facility and the staff. I paid $25,000 out of my own pocket based on lies told to me by the person I spoke with on the phone. There was even a camera crew on site STAGING the place to make it look better for the website. I was given suboxone too soon and went into precipitated withdrawal. They misread my urinalysis when I arrived, and then never bothered giving me a urine screen prior to giving the suboxone. I have never been in such pain in my entire life. I bought a plane ticket home (barely - they had me on so many meds my head was fuzzy and I could barely walk) and I had to beg them to give me my suitcases, which they take and hide the minute you walk in the door. This experience has left me feeling defeated and like I will get out from under this addiction. read more

I had my hopes up high after dropping my son off at this facility. Unfortunately, before the 30 days were up he was kicked out the door with no ride waiting for him and ended up on a frontage road. I had given his counselor, Michele a heads up about what his trigger points were and she went to them and then proceeded to have him kicked out after he got upset and slammed a door, oh lets not forget he broke a clipboard! I reached out but haven't heard back from anyone but lets see what happens when they don't receive payment. It is all about money and in this case I have already contacted Department of Insurance and they are fully aware how this facility has a tendency to throw out clients and don't follow through. Sad, because this area could definitely benefit from this type of facility. Wrong people working and running it though. read more

I arrived at Lincoln Recovery a broken man. I had developed a drinking problem that I could not conquer on my own, and I had to reach out to professionals for support. The term "professional" is an understatement for the Lincoln Recovery staff and does not do them justice. The staff always treated with love and respect throughout the course of my treatment. As this was my first time in recovery, I didn't know how much being treated like an adult rather than a prisoner truly means. That is until I heard some of the horror stories other patients had from previous facilities. Lincoln Recovery has their head on straight and their priorities in order. Their staff was always willing to lend an ear when I needed to talk, to provide council when my path was covered in fog, and to give a hug when I needed support. Their team of Therapists provide a wealth of experience and a variety of therapy styles. Each patient is unique, and this allowed them to ensure that they have something that would speak to everyone. Some, such as myself, found the Yoga and Mindful Meditation sessions to be extremely helpful. Others found the lively group therapy sessions to be what helped them the most. There was something for everyone, and the Executive Director was always willing to accept advise on what else they could be doing to support me and my peers. The food provided... Cannot be described with sufficient glory to fully encapsulate its divine splendor. The Kitchen Staff knows their way around seasoning, flavor, and variety. I had to rapidly develop willpower just to prevent myself from returning home 20 pounds heavier than I arrived. Jokes aside, I don't believe I've ever eaten this well for such an extent of time before in my life. Leaving these gourmet meals behind was one of the hardest decisions of my life. The facility itself was immaculate, far larger and more accommodating than I had pictured in my mind. It felt more like I was staying in a 4 star resort rather than a recovery center. The lake, the pool, the pool table, the exercise equipment... all played a pivotal role in my recovery. The group outings were a blast, and helped prepare me for reintegration in to the real world. Lincoln Recovery provided me with knowledge and understanding of my addiction as well as the tools to combat it going forward. I have a greater understanding of myself than I have ever experienced before in my life. They helped restore my sense of pride and self-worth. Sometimes we need help, and Lincoln Recovery knows how to provide it. read more

place has absolutely gone down hill. unless you are a golden child. or pay out of pocket. be prepared to get denied exstentions. with no reason as to why.. also any behavioral issues that come about.. which are very small. and at times staff started and retaliated.. do you and your loved ones a favor. stay away. read more

Although they need some improvements in my opinion, the staff was caring and focused on the patients. I would recommend this facility over some of the other, more expensive facilities. read more
