My Pulmonologist ordered a device for me and a most awesome woman named Ann Marie just delivered it today. I'm very impressed with this woman and her efficiency. She did a perfect assessment of my situation. Explained how to use the device and realized my med had expired. And contacted the right person to get it refilled and sent to my house. Ann Marie is the perfect example of a respiratory therapist that really cares about the patient. Thank you Lincare. read more

To say their customer service is bad is an understatement. They do not care one bit if the order is messed up, if the billing was wrong or if they promised to do something and did not deliver, after you had two birthday parties while waiting on the phone! Many medical equipment companies ... my suggestion use one of the others. read more

I called the Bradenton office and they were helpful but can't provide service across the county line. I called This Tampa office and was told to Google it when I asked for help problem solving my CPAP problem. I need another supplier somehow. read more

My mom recently was put on oxygen, Lincare came out with oxygen machine. They noticed on multiple occasions that roaches were crawling out from under machine. We decided to look under the machine and found a filthy underside. They claim they clean every machine before they get sent out, umm...I don't think so! Even the technician that installed it said he personally checked it over and made sure it was clean. Now we will be having a pest control company out due to the roaches we may have missed coming out of their nasty machine! Disgusting! We have had this machine for less than a week, and currently are still waiting for them to replace it! read more

I tried to rate Lincare ZERO Stars but Yelp apparently does not permit that. HORRIBLE customer service, if you can even call it that. NOTHING I was told was accurate, NONE of the follow-up tasks I was told would be completed were done, and NOTHING was done to fulfill my order. So, after a FULL MONTH of repeatedly calling but receiving NO ORDER FULFILLMENT and NO COMMUNICATION I have taken my business to cpap.com based in Stafford, TX. Within a 10 minute phone call to cpap.com I had all my questions answered, all my items ordered at prices far below those offered by Lincare, and FREE NEXT-DAY delivery. Do yourself a favor and deal with ANY company other than Lincare. read more
