You can tell they're about the only ones in this county that have CPAP equipment. They start off by making you wait 6 to 8 weeks for an appointment after you've seen the pulmonologist, had the sleep study, seen the pulmonologist again and he has ordered the machine. When you finally get in, they have trouble even looking at you, they talk fast, shove the stuff at you and kick you out. They charge Medicare many times what the equipment costs them, and treat you like a cash-cow. The second time I had to go back, I saw a different woman who actually tried to be kinda nice. Longtime customer..Last nasal canula broke..they only come on an off day if machine is broken. I have a full 7 days without oxygen now. They can do better. read more

Worst people to deal with, waited two months to get supplies for my CPAP, they send the wrong stuff. Missing my bracket that holds my full face mask and missing the strap for my head, called them up got hung up on three times. Finally talked to a lady that said she can order the cushion mask and the strap for my head but the cushion mask will take a month to get and the strap for my head will take two months to get, absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a new mask on Amazon. Got it in three days. These people are the worst. read more

I have been trying for MONTHS to get my Cpap supplies transferred to Lincare as they are an approved provider with my new insurance. It's been over 2 months and I have yet to receive any information, no call backs, they received info from my doctor almost 2 months ago, but still have not replenished my supplies nor have they even called me. I had Lincare for 6 months and turned it back in because their billing department is so screwed up that they are billing me twice for the same thing which I have the cancelled check to prove it. than they say it is for something else and are turning me over to collections. I was prescribed a CPap machine for severe obstructive breathing post op from open heart surgery. That was October 10, 2018 I am still waiting. I have called 3 times assured no issues with my insurance just they are so busy she just hasn't had time!!! Thank I get promised next week well that was the week before Thanksgiving and I am still waiting. Talking to my insurance to see if they will Auth a business that actually takes care of their patients!! read more

It has now been 6 weeks since my MD sent in my referral for a C-Pap machine due to severe OSA. Every time I call I get the run around, I had to physically go in and bring in paperwork from my MD because this office says "we didn't receive anything for you". Though they had sent correspondence to my MD office. After physically walking in the paperwork I was told it would be another 3 weeks to run through insurance. It has been 3 weeks, I called Leslie, whom I had spoke with when I brought in the paperwork, she told me to call her if I heard nothing by 3 weeks. No phone call back, just as with the first time I tried calling 6 weeks ago. My MD office faxed 4xs over the course of 2 weeks, I could not get anyone in the Lincare office to call me back, or tell me where we were in the process, because they kept saying "we don't have a referral/prescription for you". I saw the fax confirmations at my docs office, they had all been sent to the correct number and went through. I am very disappointed with the customer service provided. If you have ever suffered from OSA or know someone that has you would have some kind of empathy related to the need, the want to finally feel better. read more

If I could choose 0 stars I would I can not believe that when someone has a feeding tube in with cancer and can't get food down you would mess up an order so that they won't have any food for two weeks! Absolute crap!!! My husband went months before getting a feeding tube in and now you are going to starve him again! I can't believe the disorganization when it's a life and death situation! I am sorry to read about how Lin care has treated some folks on here. But from my experience with this Co, they have given me nothing but excellent service. I have had a concentrator since 2017 that has ran like a top, they do regular servicing , and if there were a problem they would resolve it in a timely manner. Also just got out of the hospital with a need for portable O2. Got a hold of them today to check on my script. They are bringing out my Portable O2 today. Nothing but good to say about this company. read more
