I had a terrible experience with Lincare. I truly wish I had read the reviews before getting the cPAP machine through them. Their customer service is unbelievably frustrating. I was told it would take two months to get an itemized statement of a bill I paid on the date of service, and I was on hold for an hour and half) That's unacceptable for any business, especially one handling essential medical equipment. If you're thinking about using them, DON"T. Find another resource. read more

extremely long wait times on the phone. I never did get to talk to any one who could help. I tried to create an account to use their online portal and it was not working. the reason I was trying contact them was because I get too many supplies from them. the shipme are not consistent and too frequent. read more
