dont make the same mistake I did by choosing Lincare in Oneonta NY, they are completely incompitent, nasty individuals that dont offer solutions they dictate their opinion. When workers are this miserable and beligerant about their way or the hiway, my opinion is find another job because you obvious;y hate what your doing and making everyones life miserable at work, it spills out into patient care, which with Lincare is as abismal as it gets. I switched from another provider, hoping I would have better care with a local company, boy was I wrong I have never been treated worse by health care professionals ( I use that term loosely) as they are without a doubt the worst for customer service, problem resolution and patient care. Overall, I have had a good experience with Lincare in Oneonta New York. As with most businesses there was a few months of disappointment, but that was more due to the sad normal of staffing shortages and NOT with the staff that has been there and doing their best, during the worst of our times! read more

Stay away for Lincare, A nationwide company that preys on people. I needed CPAP supplies and they lie, and lie and lie. Buy the supplies on Amazon. or a private medical supply company. Other wise you get hoodwinked into supplies that are marked up 10 times of the actual cost. read more

If I could give Lincare zero stars I would. For the first few weeks I had my CPAP machine they called three times a day trying to sell me supplies. Since then I've been unable to reach them, even through a representative I finally reached by 'phone after a half an hour on hold. She then said she had to take other calls and would forward my concerns to the company by email. She also stated I had no balance due. Since that call, several weeks ago, I've received one call saying I was to call them back immediately ! I've tried, for weeks, at all times of the day, on hold every time; I give up after 30 minutes. The machine isn't working properly but I can't reach anyone to help me. Although it's been in use every day since I received it, they say I'm not "in compliance" with its use; and I can't reach them... read more

They don't return calls and if you send an e-mail it is returned with a comment that they don't accept Spam. I had a great relationship with their infusion division but this respiratory section does not have a clue about the importance of communication and customer service. read more
