If I could give this company zero stars, I would. If you want equipment in a timely manner and filled correctly, stay away from linecare.
My doctor sent an equipment order to Lincare on September 5th, when I hadn't heard from them by the 16 th I started calling. Claimed they didn't have anything even though I had a copy of the order sent to them. My doctor resent things and 2 more weeks go by. My doctor and I both keep calling. Finally one gal says "oh yes we have it but we just haven't got to it". Finally they send stuff in to my insurance but it was the wrong info and we had to start again. When they finally got it right with the insurance info it took only two days to get the ok to go ahead. It took 6 weeks to get the order going. In the meantime I had to cancel a doctors appointment that was to check the fit of the equipment because I never had it. Was called in to Lincare to go over the equipment but while waiting to be called, I could hear they didn't have the equipment after all. Wait again, finally get it, go to my doctor and they had ordered the wrong mask. Here we go again. Finally got the right mask but no head gear. I even talked with the manager, which didn't seem to correct things either.They then order that, I come back from a vacation, call to pick it up, make an appointment. Go in for my appointment, nobody knows about any appointment. Finally the gal that I am to meet with comes in but tells me that won't give me the head gear because I had told them once I received the right equipment I was going to another company. Even though this was equipment they were to replace from the first screw up.
It has been one mess up after another, they can not seem to get anything correct and do anything in a timely manner. It's a good thing it wasn't equipment I needed for critical health care.
