Interesting how the two reviews that this place has are from men. The only good reviews and things…read moreI've heard about this pharmacy are from men. As a student I go here because it's convenient, and I assumed the staff would be helpful. Needless to say I am transferring to another pharmacy after how I've been treated time after time. The staff are a bunch of miserable old ladies, and it shows. Where I'm from, I've never had a problem getting my prescriptions. Here though, it's a constant problem. Every time I've gone to get my prescription, it's always attitude. I've even been judged by my prescription, with one of the staff asking "is this birth control?" With a condescending tone. 1) no, it isn't. And shouldn't your system tell you what it's for? 2) if you don't know what it's for, why is it your business. The pharmacy doesn't do anything when I have a problem with a prescription.

I take a few "exotic" drugs whose dosages cannot be skipped. Once a drug was not overnighted to Tony's. His wife drove out of town to get the drug so I wouldn't miss a dose. Try getting RiteAid, Walmart, Walgreen, etc to do that! Parents of college students: Your kids' RX needs will be met. We don't call this place Alfred Pharmacy. We just call it Tony's!

I had my florist in Corpus Christi TX call them and he spoke with Mary. Mary was very helpful and professional. My florist made a comment about it and also reassured me that the bigger, better flower shops are the ones that stay open on the weekends. I chose a casket spray out of a book that my florist in Corpus Christi, TX had, and told them I wanted it much fuller than in the picture (of course I was willing to pay for it) and I wanted a flower cross in pinks and yellows. Well you know how you never know what you're going to get when you order arrangements over the phone so I was very concerned that these would look as I was expecting. When I arrived in Dansville for the funeral and saw the flower arrangements Doug's Flower Shop blew my socks off! The casket spray was exactly how I envisioned it and the cross was even better! They really helped me to honor my Grandmother in the way I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend Doug's Flower Shop and ask for Mary!
