I would give this company a 0 if I could. I have been working with a person named Bridget trying to get medical equipment for my mom who is terminally ill with ALS. Each week that I called to check on her equipment I was told that we are waiting on a filter, then the next week , we are waiting on a mask. This morning when I called to check on the status of her equipment I was told that Bridget no longer works in the Dennison office and they are not able to get the equipment that her doctor had ordered and I would have to find a different company. When I asked why I wasn't told this from the beginning, there was no answer. It's horrible that a terminally ill patient would be treated thus way. Now I have to start the process over and mother will continue to not have the equipment she needs and will continue to suffer. Shame on you Lincare! read more
