Make an appointment before you come so that you don't have to wait longer. The place was full when I entered. I came here for the first time for a basic manicure and deluxe pedicure. I loved the service. Nice massage and quick service and no unnecessary hassle. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. I would surely recommend this place. Pedicure service was provided by Laurel who was amazing and manicure by Lani sweet ladies.

Another set of beautiful nails! I stepped out of my comfort zone a bit to add more color and try out a new nail shape. This is my third time here and it was a great experience, as usual! I love being able to make an appointment online and coming in not having to wait around too long until it's my turn to be helped. Also, love that the woman here are so friendly, engaging, caring, and talented. It's going to be hard to find another nail salon to go to after this!

The ladies here are so nice! Going to get my nails done is usually a nerve wracking experience for me, but I felt like I was being well taken care of the whole time. Usually I get dip nails but they don't have a wide variety of colors here. However, this was not a problem because they were able to accommodate me for the design I wanted with no issues. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

My friend I routinely go to Lina Nails together. It is always a fantastic experience. Everyone is so friendly. The decor is super cute. For my birthday this week, I showed a reference picture from Pinterest and they executed the design perfectly (no surprise-- my nails always look good when done here!). Highly recommend this salon.

I end up here whenever my girl needs to get her nails done and I have signed up for getting pedicure a few times which is a really nice and relaxing experience. But apart from all that everyone in the staff is so nice and sweet, they really make sure you are having a good time. The quality of the service is exceptional.

I love these nails a lot!! I've been going to Lina's nails for sometime and this was the first appointment in a while and Lina did an amazing job. I had a reference photo and she did exactly what was on the photo and my requests of keeping it on the shorter side due to my work. I love this nail salon and will be coming back. Found another gem of a nail place! Across from crossroads mall in the same strip mall as brother nai... good parking tho I'd probably avoid meal times... If you're adventurous with nail art I def recommend Lis!! No nail art is impossible for her to try - she's young n fiery lol!! Very creative and works fast... I recently had the opportunity to revisit Lina and I must say, my experience this time was notably different from my last visit. I initially had concerns regarding timeliness and communication, which left me feeling frustrated. However, I decided to give them another chance, and I'm glad I did. Liz as always showcased exceptional design skills. The creativity and attention to detail in my nail art were impressive, and I truly appreciated the effort put into making my nails look stunning. She listened to my ideas and brought them to life in a way that exceeded my expectations. You can basically show Liz a picture of a nail design and she will bring it to life! Nail designs are on the pricer side compared to other salons. However, I appreciate the transparency and Liz always tells me how much a design will be before she get started so I can decide to change it or go with it. Additionally, the service was much more attentive and professional my past three visits. I felt valued as a customer, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I had a conversation with the nail tech and then owner on a different visit on communication with customers. I provided her who a customer perspective and she provided me with an owner/nail tech perspective. There were things I didn't fully agree on like the timeline of events. However, I appreciate the open honest dialogue we had. I believe in giving credit where it's due, and I'm happy to share that my faith in Lina Nails has been restored.

I go there frequently for both my nails and toes... everyone has their own opinions but I personally love it!!!! and the prices are good.. for me again!! I paid 70$ for the fill in and got one of my middle finger broken nail fixed‍

My favorite find in Bellevue. I've gone here so many times. They are all very nice and do really good work. Place is super cute with pop music playing. Very clean. I have gotten many pedicures, manicures, gel, dip, gel builder, tips, everything has turned out amazing. I wish I could find pictures of my past work. Unless I move, I will never go anywhere else.

I have been a number of times to this nail salon after moving to Bellevue, and I must say it has not disappointed. The staff here genuinely take pride in what they do. The customer service is great and the price is reasonable. Most importantly they are not in a tearing hurry to go from one customer to the next no matter how busy it is. The interiors are also clean and hygienic and they have a wide selection of colors. I highly recommend this establishment. You will not be disappointed!

I've been to Lina's a couple times before for only pedicures but decided to try a manicure yesterday. I scheduled an appointment for 4:30pm but did not get started until 5pm because it was very busy. My tech was Lina's daughter (did not catch her name) and we did gel x removal and a builder gel mani (design: black French with silver outline) because my regular tech is on vacation. The prep work was pretty standard with e-file and builder in a bottle application was also okay. She originally was only going to do one coat of black for the French but I had to request a second one because the first was patchy and not pigmented in some spots. Based on their website, the service for builder gel with removal is $60. When showing my design, my tech didn't tell me there was going to be an up-charge but I assumed so because French usually is +$15 or something like that. After the service, my total was $110 which is pretty surprising for something I would consider Level 1 nail art and certainly less than Level 2. I still tipped the standard 20% but asked why the cost of the design was $50 more for just black French with silver outline. She confirmed the base service was $60 and $50 additional for this art is "just what they charge." 3 stars because of the lack of transparency and not giving notice about the design requested being $50 more (which is pretty significant - almost the same cost as the service). I also wasn't particularly impressed with the attention paid when applying the builder gel (there was lint and bumps upon application). There are also some bubbles and stray black specks on the (non French part) bed of the nail after closer inspection. Overall, this salon is better than your average but on the more expensive side. I would definitely double check prices before committing to a service/design so you're not shocked like I was. If you are into nail art, I would recommend finding another salon or independent tech.

I normally do not leave reviews that I felt like that this was such a horrible experience that I had no choice. I took me and friend out to get pedicures and manicures for a event that we were having that evening. Our appointment was at 9:30 in the morning. Before we started our appointment I explained to one of the ladies that I only had one hand and that I wanted to know how much it was going to cost to get my nails done it stated online that gel extensions that is built on your natural nail is 60+. She told me that I would be charged half price of that and I said okay great which is normally when I get charged because I only have one hand. My pedicure my feet were not scrubbed they went and filed my feet are still rough and dry. My nails literally have a press on nail on them that was glued down. Which my nails hurt so bad it is ridiculous. I then have them draw lines on two of the nails. When I went to check out they told me that my nails were going to cost me $65 when I questioned this. I was told that that's how much my nails cost. I told them that they had put press on nails and painted my nails and that was it and they expected me to pay $65. And that it was supposed to be half off? They then knocked it down to 40 and charged me $12 per nail that had lines on them. Once again here we are at $64 now. To make things worse I paid for me and my friend so I spent $175. By that evening my friend's nails had already chipped and when I got home from our event my toenails had all chipped as well. It was a horrible experience and a complete rip-off. I really hope anyone with a disability or missing limbs does not frequent this place they will literally rip you off and the quality of their work is ridiculous and poorly done. There should be no reason why my hands hurt and my polish is already coming off less than 10 hours after having them done. read more

This is the place to go!! It was pretty crowded so I would book an appointment online. There were lots of openings and you check in with your phone number when you arrive. My appointment started on time and I got chrome nails with Lani. She also waxed my eyebrows, shaped them and filled them in. I was in & out in 50 minutes and I think the staff is very nice. read more

There are many good things about Lina's nails. It is a friendly place and overall I think the nail services are very good. However, after four months of going there and leaving a previous review on this topic, and not seeing changes, I have decided to look elsewhere. The towels they lay down on their work area seem used-not clearn. They would be better off just using paper towels. The last time I was there they laid down a towel and I actually saw a few nail clippings on the towel. That felt really gross. In the end it's a deal breaker for me. read more

I came here with my girlfriend after calling two nail salons with full bookings for the day and we're glad we ended up here. The new owners are extremely welcoming and friendly from the first contact on the phone to the rest of the whole experience. My girl and I both received the deluxe pedicure and me, being a dude didn't know what to expect. My legs feel brand new haha! Smooth like butter. I received news they are also remodeling in a few weeks so if you come any time before then it will look different and more upscale! Crystal was great if you get her! We will definitely be back for the remodel. Highly recommend this new business - it's a great place to bring your significant other. I went for nail extensions and pedicure. Pedicure was good but nail extensions experience was extremely bad. Firstly I asked for acrylic nail-set, but they did gel nail-set. Secondly the person who did my nails was very rough. I literally have a bruise on my thumb. Thirdly, my entire gel extension was done in 15 mins, this is insane. I regularly get my nails done and on average any salon takes close to 30-40 mins to get it done. No attention to detail. Nails are looking shabby. I went to this place for the first time and would not go again. read more

I'm so glad to have find this nail salon!! The owner and the pretty girly who help did my nails was so professional, detail, and caring! None of those rough and rushed moved where they will end up cutting you or bleeding. I did the deluxe pedicure and also got the latest nail trend ombré where the two colors blends together to have that one natural look! I've been looking for a gelx location for a long time in WA and to hear this place opened up 1.5 months ago, I was excited to try it for the first time. This nail salon had exceptional service from calling in for availability, greeted with their warm welcomes, pedicure service, and our exit. My boyfriend and I came in for two deluxe pedicures and it was amazingly relaxing. My nail tech, Lisa, made sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and looking the best with my white gel toes. The deluxe package included some real cucumbers, aloe Vera, exfoliating lavender, and honey moisturizer. It all collectively got us smelling SO bomb. They are renovating pretty soon and planning to add a mini bar for those who are needing a get-away from their husbands, kids, or just life. Where do I start? Gel-x techniques are still new to some nail salons, which caused a previous salon to apply my tips poorly and resulted in painful breakage. The female-led team are all experts in removing and applying Après Gel, and my first set done at Lina's lasted a month with no problems (probably longer if I hadn't changed the design). Lina is a creative and eager nail tech who has an eye for unique and trendy designs. I was extremely impressed with the range of materials and techniques she had on hand. When I showed her the reference for the first photo (butterfly design), she immediately knew what to do and was excited to get started. Her passion for bringing clients' visions to life was so refreshing. Another staff member is keen on trends that appeal to adolescents like me; she made it easy to choose a design from online references. Their pricing is reasonable for the effort they put into the designs; the butterfly set was around $115~ and the other two were less than $100. In my three visits to Lina's Nails, I had the opportunity to witness other clients leave with smiles on their faces. Their small team made everyone feel accommodated and welcomed. Lina Nails has definitely established itself as my top salon when it comes to fashion-forward nail designs and skillful gel-x application. I've visited three times during my short trip to Washington and I can't imagine any other nail salons I've frequented living up to their service. The staff will definitely take care of you and your nails. read more

Would not recommend this place for kids or teenagers. My daughter made an appointment one month in advance and was very excited to come for extended gel service ahead of first day of school. Our expectations in terms of meet and greet and overall customer care were not met by far. The person doing the service was not polite and patient. She rushed my daughter into decisions about base color and French tip color. The cover of the nails was also too thick and caused discomfort overnight. We expressed our concerns during check out and then called next day for a repeat service. They agreed to remove the extension but said we would need to pay $15 extra for removal. We went to a different place for the repeat service. read more

I've been here four times, back and forth from my regular salon, and I'm finally ready to commit to Lina Nails. The consistency, quality, selection, and nail art really cannot compare. Yes the price is a little higher than up north, but those benefits are exactly what I'm gladly paying for. When I called yesterday with an issue from a previous salon, they listened and then texted with me to make sure it could be resolved before coming in. Omg where do I start? This is my 4th time coming to Lina's and yes I have always had the honor of Lina being my actual tech and wouldn't have it no other way!! I am allergic to acrylic so it's really hard for me to find salons that cater to my need and she makes sure I'm more then satisfied with my Apre's Gel -X sets each visit. I had my first appointment at Lina's nails today and received excellent service from both Liz and Crystal. My nails are damaged, and I got great advice and a good plan to help me grow them out and get them healthy again. I am a true believer in PT but in this case, PT didn't help. My hamstring muscles were very tight, I could not get them to relax even with PT exercises. At that time, a friend suggested getting a massage and referred me to Yukiko Halvorson. At my first massage appointment with Yukiko, she worked on my hamstrings. With deep tissue massage, Yukiko, worked magic on my hamstrings and got them to relax for the first time in many weeks. I started out receiving one hour massages and have now worked up to 2 hour massages once a month. Yukiko is located in downtown Bellevue, one block north of Main Street in Old Bellevue. She has a parking spot reserved up front for her clients. Since moving to this new space (Namaste Healing Spa), Yukiko has incorporated hot stones into her massages. Combining deep tissue massage and hot stones really helps to relax my muscles. I highly recommend Yukiko Halvorson.

I arrived at the place a week and a half ago I wanted to do acrylic and Lina convinced me to do gel I told her it will fall for me she said if it falls come back I will fix . I came back today right when I had the time I told her after two days it already started to fall every day one after one I came back with 3 nails to her after a week and a half she made me a new set of acrylic and when I came to pay she wanted 90$ for a set I told her Im expecting some kind of discount for the inconvenience at first they said NO I said it's your job at the end of the day but at least make a discount for the fact that everything broke within a week, she didn't agree, spoke nasty, wasn't ready to listen until she said ok 15% which is a joke !!!!! even that I made an appointment for 11AM she accepted me after 45 minute that just waste of time in my day I don't appreciate this kind of behaviour and costumer service so I would not recommend this place And they talked sh*t about me and my friend since the beginning before we got to pay ! read more
