And more weirdly, one duvet cover and two pillow covers are completely missing. I searched everywhere even dishwasher but the cleaner insisted that she put in the laundry basket. Then she said she put it in the washing machine. I emailed customer service and they could be less helpful. Seriously warning you if you plan to work with this company.

It's not a laundromat, there is no self-serve coin-op laundry to use, it's a service. That's generally awesome, but when traveling it's not because you have to wait until the next day to get your clothes back...and since you likely only have a few sets of clothes with you, then you're wearing dirty clothes the next day. But that's not a complaint, that's just how it works with these kinds of places, so if that won't work for you, then don't come here. But there are plenty of other reasons not to come here. For a few day's worth of clothes I was charged 20 Euros. Not too bad since using a coin-op costs 11 Euros for the same clothes. I asked them to use the fragrance free soap that I included with my clothes, but they did not, and so all my clothes reeks of stench...which means I have to REWASH all my clothes and I can't wear any of the clothes they washed! Which means I'll be traveling for two days with dirty clothes until I again have time to wash them. So it was a WASTE of 20 Euros. And even if that weren't a problem (maybe you don't care if you smell like a putrid chemical bath), the clothes were all wrinkled when I picked them up. I don't know about you, but when I wash and dry and fold my clothes, they don't come out completely wrinkled. So not only was it inconvenient, and a waste of money, but they didn't even do a good job of the washing that they did do. Don't ever come here for anything, seek a better option!
