The mattress was not as hard as expected.The pillows on one bed still had loose hairs from possible previous guests (not clean) and one of the beds had torn sheet.Expect some electricity intertuptions; as much of Central Mexico, yet it will come back on. The "continental breakfast" is quite scarce--more like an appetizer. Best to go explore other reasonable balance if price with options for a hearty beginning to the day. This is a once in awhile option, yet best to explore other better stays of your visit to Leon

Stayed here 2 nights and it was a comfortable stay. The room was big and the beds decent. The…read morepillows weren't so comfortable though. The staff here is extremely friendly. Great hotel service. Also had breakfast in the hotel's restaurant and the food was delicious.
