Than I went to talk to the manager UYSAL who neither listened nor cared as appatently for them this behavior is normal. Not manager material at all. The grilled halloumi cheese was filled with a sun dried tomato mixture. As a main, I ordered the chicken baked in a creamy mustard seed sauce. This was served over stewed eggplant and accompanied by spicy couscous. Yum!! I wish I could eat this meal over and over.
