I got my first tattoo at Limited Edition. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable . Whilst I was in the shop, I saw two tattoos and two surface piercing being done. I noticed the girls being pierced were given a complimentary after-care pack on leaving the studio, which I thought was a nice touch. My tattoo was done by Luke, master of straight lines. I thought a rectangle would have been a simple tattoo to do but found out that most artists wont touch straight lines and perfect circles with a barge pole. So I am absolutely chuffed with my crisp, straight lined rectangle. Whilst in the shop I bought a few tapers for my ears too, which I thought were really reasonably priced. read more

I went in here on an impulse piercing to get my rook done, i'd had piercings in the past at other places in town and wasn't too happy so thought i'd try this place - especially as it had high reviews. I was not disappointed! The staff were really friendly and chatty and made me feel completely at ease, I was talked through the procedure all the way through (Beth is a legend!) and was given a pack full of aftercare stuff afterwards - i've never had that before from a place so was really impressed! I'm so happy with the job they did i'm going back for another next week - i just wonder if they will have the Disney soundtrack on again so i can sing along?! xxx read more

I'd been following Limited Edition on facebook for a while as my friend had recommended them. I went to the shop a few days ago to get a piercing (only an ear lobe, but still) and the service was brilliant. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the friendly shop manager Beth, and after filling out a form, we were then invited into the back room for the piercing to take place. I was pierced by Gareth, a very friendly apprentice who was awesome to talk to and took my mind completely off the piercing. He washed his hands and sterilized the equipment in front of me so I was sure that everything was sanitized. Overall, a brilliant experience and I'll be going back for future piercings and even tattoos. Thanks so much guys. read more

After a recent shopping trip to Donnie, I stumbled upon this shop and decided to get pierced. I wasn't sure what part of my ear to get done, but the staff help me figure it out and ended up leaving with a lovely conch piercing. Really appreciated the advice given and because I don't really know much about piercings, I wasn't left feeling stupid on all the questions I was asking!! Defiantly recommend for anyone and have already passed it on to a few of my friends! Thanks guys! :) read more

Limited Edition is noted for its high levels of sanitation and cleanliness and we exceed local authority recommendations. We incorporate a three stage sterilisation process and use a B type vacuum autoclave. We have a fully fitted and private tattoo area and a separate piercing room each with their own sterilisation areas.

Established in 2009.

After opening in 2009 we have had some fantastic clients come through our doors and some amazing tattoos and piercings leave. Our four resident artists; Pippa, Dizz, Lily and Beth all work in different styles and are happy to help, advise and accommodate everything that our customers want from their tattoo. We also play host to regular guest artists from around the world and from our friends studios across the country.

I went in here last week to ask some tattoo advice, and left feeling that my simple questions were taken seriously, and no one treated me like I was wasting their time. The upshot being, I have now booked in for a decent sized piece, and have total faith in the capabilities of the studio as a whole. The owner made me feel at ease within a minute of entering, and the 2 tattooists that were in both replied to my questions concisely and with clear knowledge. read more

As soon as I walked in I was struck by how clean and nice the place looked. My friend got a tattoo of a swallow, which is awesome, and I got three sternum microdermals. I stuck around the shop for a time while I waited for my friend, and got talking to the staff and was struck by how friendly and knowledgable they are, and made me feel totally welcome. Would recommend this place, it's a find. read more

Went here on a whim a few weeks ago for a piercing, the staff were very friendly and approachable, I felt relaxed and at ease. The piercer was very professional and knowledgeable. I will deffo return for more piercings and would reccomend them. read more

Came in to get my nose pierced, had a good natter with the piercer who was really chatty. The piercing itself was done really quick and was pretty cheap as well. I'll definitely come back here for my next one :) read more
