My father-in-law is now dead and my husband is juggling helping his mother and this is still lingering 12 years later. We are in California so can't just go to the office and demand service. In December 2022 he asked to pay the final bill and have the balance of the estate sent. In January of 2024 we are still waiting for this action. I hope someone will reach out and resolve closing the estate so I can improve this review and we can all move on.
