It's a great shop with a friendly, welcoming staff that makes everyone feel comfortable. I'm deaf in one ear, so haircuts have always made me a bit anxious since it can be difficult for me to hear and communicate with the loud clippers. All of the barbers I've had at The Alley have been very accommodating and understanding of that and have always made sure I'm comfortable! Over the years, I've had my hair and beard cut by three or four different barbers, and every one of them has done an awesome job. The quality and service have always been consistent, which is why I've kept coming back for so long. I highly recommend The Alley to anyone looking for a great barbershop!

I've been going to Lily for my haircuts and beard trims for years now, and she NEVER disappoints! She has a real talent for men's grooming and always knows exactly how to make my haircut look sharp and stylish. Her attention to detail is impeccable, especially when it comes to shaping and trimming my beard. She offers hot towel, full shaves and even straight razor, which is hard to find nowadays! Lily listens carefully to what I want and offers great suggestions that suit my style. Whether it's a clean fade, a classic cut, or a more modern look, she nails it every time. On top of that, she's super friendly and makes the whole experience enjoyable. If you're looking for someone who really understands men's hair and beards, I can't recommend Lily enough! read more

We both got haircuts at the same time so I wasn't able to see what hairstyle he had chosen until we were both done. To my unpleasant surprise, he had chosen the "Edgar" style that all parents "love." It looked ridiculous and I absolutely hated it. Not the barbers fault, that's what my son chose. I let it slide and we made our way home. As I was driving I looked at my son through my rearview mirror and I couldn't help it and I started laughing. Don't worry, he didn't know i was laughing at him. I realized that as soon as he returned to school kids would make fun of him or he would get his ass beat. I stopped at the first barber which turned out to be CITRUS BARBER. I explained the situation to the gentleman (ART) working and he told me he had an appointment coming up but agreed to cut my son's hair. I had low expectations that my son's horrible hair could be fixed but boy was I surprised. Art did an amazing job. My son loved his haircut. At the end, I asked Art how much i owed him. Art said he understood my situation and said the haircut was on him. He even refused a tip. ART's service was above and beyond!!! Needless to say, he earned three new loyal customers today. I highly recommend this place. THANK YOU ART.
