Cross country skied to the hotel from Nordseter ski center and had lunch in the cafe in mid…read moreJanuary. The food was very good, the staff friendly and the view from the cafe was exceptional. The hotel is situated in a protected area used only for pasturage in the summer. The hotel is good for people who want to get off the beaten track or for those touring through the countryside (by ski in winter, by bike in summer) and looking for a nice meal and place to unwind.

We were here almost 2 years ago!…read more Wadahl Hotel is century-old rustic hotel in a tranquil and serene mountain setting in the heart of Norway's ski country. It's 100 guest rooms with private bath, hair dryers, TV & phone, EXCEPT, it didn't have a bath rug. When I got out of the tub, I almost did a split! The view from our hotel, reminds me of the country-side with the Columbia Gorge in the background. It was cozy & relaxing! This is just a simple room, in the middle of nowhere with everything you need for the night! Very nice, we really enjoyed it here!
