I had never been to a chiropractor before, but a mutual friend was going to see Dr. David Rymer due…read moreto a recent auto-accident. She spoke highly of him and since I had recently had another bout with my back, I decided to give him a try. On my first visit they took a couple of x-rays of my back, from both a side view and a frontal view. Much to my surprise, Dr. Rymer identified an issue which was clearly visible (even to me) on the x-ray! I am still perplexed as to why no other healthcare professional has ever brought this to my attention over the years. Anyway the good news is, Dr. Rymer is working with me to correct it. He's given me several specific exercises to help with stretching some of my muscles and strengthen other ones for a long term benefit. At least I'm now aware of a potential worsening problem and I am taking measures to insure it doesn't develop into a full-blown affliction over time. Dr. Rymer has a great bedside manner and is open to any questions or concerns his patients may have. He willingly shares his knowledge and expertise with patients, and doesn't seem to be in a hurry to get on to the next patient...as some other doctors have, which I have been under the care of. Overall, I would give him a rating of excellent and have been very-well-pleased with his assistance to date.

She was out of the office when I called to make an appointment, so my experience making an appointment was pleasant, but when my wife showed up for our first appointment, the receptionist was rude and hateful and went off on face mask policies (my wife can't wear a mask due to breathing issues) and would not listen to my wife or let her in the door. My wife left in tears because of this aggressively rude receptionist. I called to complain and she was immediately hateful when I told her how upset I was that she brought my wife to tears and nobody mentioned anything about any policies. Her response: "Well, I wasn't here last week". In other words, she's the only one who cares but as the gatekeeper, she thinks she can force whatever she wants. I've dealt with this type of "office manager" in the past (kind of like Dwight saying he's assistant regional manager). I'm just hoping if I complain loud enough and in enough places, the poor owner will find out how badly this over entitled Karen is hurting his business.
