The burrito was a decent size and well made. Son liked the crispy edges. My avocado, turkey club (no cheese OFC) was tasty. The fillings were a tad skimpy but it was all well balanced with the thin bread slices. The cost of the lunch was lower than most of the brunch places we've visited since moving here. Will definitely be returning!

I'm glad…read morethey've joined us on the Huntsville side of things. :) Located on Four Mile Post near the Peppered Pig (my beloved), this restaurant has been pretty popular for breakfast, brunch, and lunch since opening. I visited with my mom a little over a week ago to catch up. We arrived at around 10:30 on a Thursday to a restaurant about 30% full. We were greeted and allowed our choice of seating -- we opted for a small booth by a sunny window. Our waitress was very pleasant and bubbly and happy to accommodate our few specifications/requests (e.g. bacon instead of ham in my bowl). My one complaint about service is that it took a while to get our check, but the restaurant was picking up in business, so it's all good. The interior is cute and sunshiney and the women's bathroom was clean. My mom got a standard breakfast of two over-easy eggs, home fries, bacon, and toast. Although it was a simple breakfast, everything was executed perfectly, from the nicely crisped bacon to the just-runny-enough eggs. She thoroughly enjoyed it. Note that they butter the toast for you -- she assumed they didn't and got a handful of smear trying to butter it herself, lol. I got the same thing I got when I tried the Madison location, a sort of southwest home fry bowl. It comes with a healthy heap of home fries, eggs cooked your choice (scrambled for me), pepperjack cheese, peppers and onions, jalapeños, and a side cup of sour cream and salsa. Mom inspired me with her toast so I nabbed a side of raisin toast. It was sweet and cinnamony. This version of the southwest bowl didn't hit quite as hard as the one I had in Madison. Not sure what it was -- maybe a different, more cilantro-y salsa, or maybe the jalapeños were more vinegary than spicy? This is not to say I didn't enjoy it, though; the eggs were still cooked nicely and I was happy overall with my meal. This would be a good place to take your family, have a small work or mentorship gathering, etc. Give them a try for a more straightforward but, imo, better prepared breakfast than comparable options nearby.

The place was clean, great vibe and music playing. Put me right at ease. Mateo was the best. I decided on the chicken tenders, sprouts and a side salad. When that tender hit my mouth, I was in heaven! Words can't describe. I kept slapping the tabletop. Hahaha Prices are extremely reasonable, and staff was just wonderful. Heading back tonight as I only have one more night here in town. Can't recommend enough to get your butt in here and enjoy the experience and food.

I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the decor of this restaurant. It was very modern and chic with great esthetics. That hands down was a plus for me. Moving on to my experience, it was actually very lovely. The server was really nice and was helpful reviewing the menu with my party. The menu was pretty good. It had typical American brunch/breakfast, but they also had a few twist to some of the item. Very tasty. This was a solid pick for brunch. It's an IG worthy place to be, and the food is solid which is a win to me. If I lived here, I could definitely see myself going back. Honestly, a very pleasant first time at this restaurant.

Service is fast. Prices are very cheap, and the food is excellent, delicious, old-school down home fare. Heads up, go for breakfast and prepare that it may be a wait. We got every few weeks or so, and it's usually a bit of a wait but that's fine. I know they're open for dinner, but we haven't made it for that yet. The host/server/main man (who I think is also the owner's husband?) is very kind and will seat you upon availability. I'm grateful that they have ample coffee and tomato juice depending upon my mood (I love tomato juice). Better half and I normally get the burritos (SO solid), though I got the benny last time and it was quite good. The hollandaise didn't taste all weird and packet-y, and the eggs were a bit over but I'll take that over undercooked egg whites. The hashbrowns were CRISP, like better than Waffle House crisp. I will say, better half's cheese grits last time were...well, inedible. Overly watery, cold to the point the cheese wouldn't melt, etc. However, the excellent burrito made up for that. Everyone who works here is friendly, it's clean, and the overall atmosphere is nice. Truly, they want to please. I really want them to succeed, so give them a try. This is a nice place that is locally owned in a sea of chain restaurants, so you could do worse than trying them out.
