We've used Maggie several times representing us as both a selling and buying agent/broker. She is…read morefabulous! She is extremely knowledgeable, articulate, and goes over and above to help her clients. Our last house is a great example: She knew we needed to get it sold quickly because we wanted to do a 1031/like sale exchange and purchase rental property in Hawaii. As luck would have it, the tenant moved out while we were on vacation. She worked with my son to help get it on the market right away, and had it sold within a week of putting it on the MLS!!!! (While we were still on vacation!) Yes, we got a fair price for it too!!! In addition, an IRS 1031 exchange is a new process for us, and she's helped us to navigate the entire process. How would I describe Maggie? Positive! Extremely honest and professional! Resourceful! Incredibly supportive! Thank you once again for the excellent service!

We were out of state buyers and she helped us find the perfect home, handled all the paperwork and kept us updated at all times. We were able to come to California and move right in - it was so easy. Before working with Heaven, we interviewed several other real estate agents. Heaven was personable,…read moreprofessional, and sharp. During our time working with her, she was very responsive on the phone or text, and eager to help us. Her knowledge of real estate, strategy to minimize risk while improving our chance to get our offer accepted, was rock solid. She helped us tour the neighborhoods, make sense of recent sale prices, understand the parties involved in the process, and how to move forward with finding and purchasing a home. She was what I would call energetically patient. I felt she enjoys the work she does, and she knows how to do it well. It's very likely we would not have been able to buy the house we did without Heaven's help. My husband and I saw a price drop on a house that had previously been out of our range. We contacted Heaven to see if she had seen the drop. She had and suggested that we check it out that evening with her. We did, and that very evening she was on the phone making calls to the seller's agent to assess the situation. We made an offer the next day, and got the house. I credit Heaven for this success because of her very fast response time. At no point did we feel pressure from Heaven regarding our price points or anything else for that matter. She was not shy about asking us what we did and didn't like about different houses, and was able to understand relatively quickly what we were looking for. When writing the offer, she was methodical, answering clearly the many questions we had. Overall, I felt we had certainly hired the right person to help us with this important decision. I highly recommend Heaven - she is a true professional who does exceptional work.
