John and his staff take the stress out of dealing with insurance. My truck was recently broken in to, and the theive(s) took everything they could get their slimy hands on like my drill, cash, "happy anniversary" cards...even my jacket. my dirty, sweaty, work outside when its cold and wet, jacket. John and his crew handled it ALL in less than a few days, and my renters insurance was able to cover the losses. While I am grateful for how they handled it personally, i learned a lesson from it, and hope this is one thing they never ever have to do for me again. If you're here reading reviews to determine whether or not you should employ John for your insurance needs, you should know I live about 45 minutes away and still stick with John and his team, even though there are several others closer to where I live.
