Dr. Connolly was very kind and professional, and this review is in no way about him or his services. in October my child had a lymph node removed. The lymph node was sent off for biopsy after removal. Someone from ENT Physicians Of Kearney called my wife and left a very cryptic voicemail that they needed to see us this week and it was very urgent. Obviously we suspected cancer might be one of the causes of the swollen lymph node that's why it was sent off for biopsy. I called Kearney ENT back 30 times and left multiple voicemails and heard nothing. Then when they finally decided to call me back, they said they would see me on Thursday, (mind you this is Monday) And refused to tell me anything else. Then I received another phone call saying they would see me the next day because they had urgent news. I'm very well aware that people who work the phones cannot disclose information obviously something as big as Cancer , but answer the phone when someone calls you especially if you're calling them to make an appointment to tell them that their child has cancer I don't remember your name on who was snotty with me when you finally called me back after I called 30 times but shame on you and I hope you never have to go through this as a parent.
