I also don't buy from random sari-sari stores because you don't know if it's expired or not. One of the okay places to get cigarettes from is Lighters Galore. My friends and I would troop to the mall in between classes, buy a pack or two and smoke in the smoking area of Glorietta overlooking all the traffic below. What I like about this shop is that if the price on the box is Php49, then they will sell it for Php49. They also have a wide range of brands and their different flavors. And, they have lighter fluid for my Zippo lighters! Just a tip though for students who buy here and go to an all girls' school in Makati. . Don't buy cigarettes or lighters while in uniform. You never know who might report you or catch you. Or, buy and run. But don't worry, the lady who sells the cigarettes won't judge you and understands the stress you're dealing with in college. Keep calm and smoke.

Lighters Galore Review by Samuel E. Warren Jr…read more I am a smoker. I am a cigarette lighter collector. I am never without "A Light." I am a regular customer at the Lighters Galore vendor in the Robinson's Place Mall in Tacloban City. I love my "Zippo" lighters and this is where I buy them on a regular basis. Daddy was a Zippo man. Momma was a Zippo woman. I continue the family Zippo tradition. After Super Typhoon Yolanda, one of the items that survived was my Zippo lighter. It was damp, but as soon as sunlight hit it and it dried out - I believe the proper term is : "Flame On !" The small vendor stand is a plethora of offerings from cigarette tobacco to cigars, cigarillos to Zippo, butane and even electronic lighters. Be advised kids, that heavy duty earth mover and the farm tractor is a lighter not a toy. The various assortment of merchandise from tobacco to lighters to cigar cutters can make a smoker feel like a kid in a toy store. Lighter fluid is Zippo and Star. I am not a fan of butane lighters, so I will leave that description to another reviewer. I am a Geek, at heart, so, I did treat myself to a Dinuo electronic lighter sporting a USB port. My Dinuo "Playboy" lighter is both a conversation piece and a functional lighter. I am your basic "Capitalistic", "Free Enterprise" American, so, I love to see what companies have to offer. Lighters Galore is where I began my collection off brass plated Kantai lighters with a firearms embossed portrait. I have the M10, Walther P38/P1, Walther PPK and my personal favorite: Carbine W M-203. I am impressed and proud of the functionality of my Kantai lighters, which are always ready to light up the night with a candle or a cigarette. My Earth Las Vegas Lucky 7 Jackpot lighter is currently the only one I have, but I got it at Lighter's Galore and it performs flawlessly as advertised. I enjoy a Flor de Filipinas panetela after dinner some evenings as a way to relax and reflect. Naturally, I buy my cigars at Lighters Galore. Christy, my wife is a smoker and tolerates my Prometheus hobby. Naturally, she is never without a working Zippo lighter. I buy my Zippo flints, fluids and wicks at the Lighter Galore vendor in Robinson's in Tacloban City. I want the Lighters Galore business owners to recognize that I appreciate their selections of merchandise and their quantity and quality of service. If you are a lighter collector there is a vast assortment of lighters to appeal to your eye and the price range of your wallet. There are a series of traditional fluid lighters, which have no company name, that come in a variety of patterns from San Mig Light to various other company and movie logos. Alas, my United States Dollar Sign Zippo lighter got lost on business in Tacloban City, a few days after Super Typhoon Yolanda. Nonetheless, my Zippo arsenal includes my navy blue Zippo, my plain silver Zippo, my wife's Zippo with the running horse and my silver Zippo with the four leaf clover in the black circular background - after Lady Yolanda, it never hurts to pocket some of "The Luck Of The Irish" to light up the rainbow. My Zippo arsenal grows from my visits to LIghters Galore in Tacloban City. Whether you are a smoker, in need of a pack of cigarettes as you walk through the mall or a lighter collector with a flaming passion for tobacco, smoking accessories or lighters, then, Lighters Galore should be a business you visit. "Excuse me, my brother-in-law needs a light to get the lechon flame started. Happy Fiesta ! On your next Lighter's Galore visit 'Tell Them 'Uncle Sam' sent you."

It also has a lot of different pipes. Wood, glass, metal, you name it they got it. Bongs and rolling paper are also common here. In fact, this is where a lot of my shady friends get their stuff. The price is okay. I mean, there's no other place that you can find these sort of hings in a mall other than perhaps Lighter's Galore. The price is more or less the same but between the two I can't help but feel that Fuma! was the one that was more upscale between the two. So there if you're looking for a lighter, or something else, like some smoking accessory, then you can make your best decision by going over to Fuma! They're probably the ones who have what you're looking for.

When the stress would pile up, one of us would have the brilliant idea to buy a pack of cigarettes to share. One of us would walk over to Fuma and the next thing you know, we were slowly killing our lungs. This will sound wrong and it will sound like I'm encouraging people to smoke. Yikes. Anyway, I like Fuma because they carry all sorts of local and imported cigarettes. The other stands sometimes just carry one brand while others only have local cigarettes. And yes, they do sell e-cigarettes. The only downside of this store is that their cigarettes are a bit expensive or they are priced higher. But oh well, when you need to smoke, you need to smoke.
