They are full of excuses no matter what you bring to the assistant director and or directors attention. They are more worried about their enrollment. I was fully open and honest about my daughter's diagnosis and they stressed to me not to worry and her needs to be accommodated. You have to jump through so much for just get basic accommodations for your child, even after being open and honest about your child's diagnosis. You have to deal with horrible food options for your children. Example: breakfast being hostess danishes and constant fried items for lunch. Nothing is fresh. To add on top of this, you have to worry about if teachers are even present in the classroom with your children. This occurred twice, that I am aware of. Who knows if there were more times my daughter and other children were left on attended. Once specific time I walked in with no teacher in the classroom and my daughter, along with other children were standing on top of a table. On a separate occasion, same teacher, was not present. She later came into the room after a minute of me standing there looking for a teacher. Finally, the teacher came back. I brought this up to the director and assistant and they viewed video footage and second she was gone from the classroom for a few seconds. Meanwhile, I was in the classroom looking for the teacher for at least a minute. They called me that evening after the incident and said they are letting the teacher go as this is the second time this has happened, the next day the same teacher is there. Not that I wanted anyone to lose their job, but how are you going to continue to let that happen? They also can't get their stories straight. An incident occurred and my daughter had a horrible scratch on her face. I got three different stories. I refused to sign the incident form until I got the truth. After viewing the tape, they couldn't really tell due to the spot she was standing was out of view of camera. I then brought up the fact they need another camera to fill the void, it still hasn't been done. I even emailed the owner to no avail there is still no camera. My daughter would come home with many bites marks from children biting her. At least 5 incidents. I brought this up to everyone's attention and how unacceptable this is and how they need to take action, nothing was done. I've had enough excuses from the whole staff. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else! My daughter was at the facility for less than a year and all of this occurred on there watch. To make it worse, on her last day, I picked her up with a huge scratch on her face. No incident report was written so I don't know how she got it.

The director Ms. Jean is great, she really cares about how your kids are doing and how well they are adjusting. My son has autism and my daughter has ADHD and they are never made to feel bad about meltdowns or behavior concerns, unlike other daycares we have been too. It's a bit pricier than the daycare they went to previously but it's well worth it in my opinion. I will keep my kids here as long as possible.

Nobody knew what happened, the next morning was when my son woke up with a bruise and a swollen eye, I immediately unenrolled him and went up there so they can see for themselves, still no explanation. I told Mrs.Perri I would report them to cps and she begged that I don't because she would get to the bottom of it. Till this day I have yet to know, weather it was negligence or someone hit my son. I highly recommend that you please go find a better daycare. They are always accepting children but it is because all they care about is money. The children to teacher ration is by law and they don't follow it. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. None of the teachers here understand English nor speak it well, save your time and money and suffering and take your Buisness else where. I have so much to say but for the sake of this review length I won't add everything. UPDATE: the "business owner" should not put my personal information due to HERPA law! And no one contacted me! This place is perfect for my 7 year old son…read more We have been coming a little over a month and he loves it. I have a 9 year old daughter who tried a trial class and loved it as well, but she's in gymnastics and I only can afford one recreational activity for each child at the moment. Anywho... I love the fact that the coaches make the kiddos wash their hands upon entering. Afterwards, they head to the waiting area to get ready for class. The class is an hour long and the kids get to do quite a bit. There are climbing areas, ropes, bars, jump stations, and other spots for them to switch to. They start off with some cardio to get their little hearts racing. Normally, it's a few laps around the gym and some lunges or something similar. After that, they stretch and then get assigned to groups. Each group goes to a different station for around 5-7 minutes or so and then they switch until they've gone to all of the stations. They normally have a water break after the first half of class and then they head back to continue. The coaches are very nice and VERY patient. I've seen a few kiddos misbehave and the coaches have always remained calm while pulling them aside and talking to them for a bit. The age range from what I can see is from around 4-12/13 and all the kids always seem to be super excited when they arrive. If you're looking for something for your kiddo to enjoy that's fun and affordable, try this place out. It's 90/month for a weekly hour-long class and your child gets a shirt for registering. This place is clean, fun, and priced just right. You can't go wrong if you choose to come.
