But after looking at the Yelp images I realized this was Mr. Anthony / Infinity Scapes that I found on Thumbtack months ago. On to my review: Mr. Anthony has very affordable rates and seems like he does a good job for his customers. Gonna give him 5 stars ... Though he'd probably give me a 1 star rating if Yelp allowed customer ratings. I was prepared to hire him but couldn't because unlike most landscapers, he isn't able to give customers a set, scheduled day. Because of my overnight work and part time work, my little 4 - 6 hours of sleep a day means a lot and I have to know when my lawn person is coming so I can sleep elsewhere that morning. It's not a hardship because I typically sleep over at J's at least once a week any way. Mr. Anthony said he couldn't offer this option because his cut days vary too much based on volume of clients and weather. He seemed conscientious and hard-working and I really felt like he'd do a good job / wanted to hire him, so I asked if he could just shoot a quick text the day before he planned on coming out and he said he simply didn't have enough time to do that. When I politely mentioned that I'd been in my home for 22 years and without my prompting or asking, all my lawn care people gave me a set day, based on their other clients in the area. It's been a while, but I THINK he went on to say a lot of his clients are commercial clients and military folks that aren't there when he services their yards, so they don't care what day he cuts the yards. Through a misunderstanding, I'm sure on my part, he showed up and started the work - even though our last text was that I'd get back to him and hire him for a one-time only service if it took too long to find my permanent person. Once he showed up and started cutting, I stopped him and reminded him of our text. I told him that I had another guy coming out in less than an hour and I'd pay his full price and to just cut the back half, but he opted to just leave. He has good reviews elsewhere and as I mentioned earlier, his prices are good. I think he would be the perfect for businesses, realtors, and even just people who work outside the home and have NORMAL sleep schedules. Lol.
