I came in…read morefeeling anxious and emotionally drained, and the space immediately put me at ease--soft lighting, peaceful music, and a sense of calm that wrapped around me. During the session, I felt waves of warmth and tingling sensations through my body, especially around my chest and hands. It was incredibly relaxing--almost like I drifted into a meditative state without trying. At one point, I even felt emotional release, which was unexpected but healing. Afterward, I felt lighter and clearer, like some heavy energy had been lifted. I slept so well that night, and I've noticed more emotional balance in the days since. Vanessa is incredibly intuitive, grounding, and calm. I truly felt seen and supported. I would absolutely recommend a session to anyone seeking balance, clarity, or just a moment of deep rest.

But the moment the session began, I could feel the energy -- warm, intuitive, and deeply healing -- literally move through me as if Vanessa was right next to me. Even through the screen, I felt held and seen in the most beautiful way. Afterward, she shared messages and energetic impressions that resonated with me. Things I hadn't said out loud, but had been carrying within me for some time. That Zoom session was the beginning of something profound. Months later, I was able to receive an in-person past life regression, and it truly expanded my understanding of my own soul's journey. The experience was incredibly vivid and emotional, yet grounded and safe -- guided with so much care and intuitive wisdom. I received insight into patterns I've carried through lifetimes, and left with a greater sense of compassion for myself and clarity on how to move forward in this one. It felt like remembering something ancient, yet intimately mine. Peppermint Heart Healing is more than a healing practice -- it's a sacred doorway for transformation, remembrance, and deep energetic restoration. Whether you're called to Reiki, past life regression, or simply seeking connection with your higher self, I cannot recommend this sanctuary of healing enough. If you've ever felt the need for clarity and/or support, if you've ever questioned your purpose and/or direction, of if you're curious what reiki and past life regression is about, Peppermint Heart Healing is where you should start. Vanessa is a nonjudgemental, compassionate, heartfelt energy worker who provides you a safe space to unpack what no longer serves you and lean into a being a better version of yourself.

(Firstly, thank you, Yelp, from the bottom of my heart for introducing me to Tanya.)…read more I've had many healings in my life, mostly over the last 20 years, but I believe yesterday's healing with Tanya was the most powerful. It's only been one day, and I'm attuned to the fact that things are definitely still settling/integrating, but I feel more purely me (as if before, unknown to me, I had been dragging and holding many others, and that has been released... which it turns out is actually the case). The result manifests as feeling much more lightness, joy, and ease. A huge added bonus from our work together yesterday is a great deal of clarity around my life purpose / work and where I will be focusing my attention as I move forward in my career. Wasn't even expecting that. What a gift. My insomnia has not been overcome yet but I trust it will be. (I'll add more as things evolve and I continue to work with Tanya...) Tanya generously shared a great deal of information with me via email after the session, as well as all sorts of insight immediately after the session. I think each individual must have an entirely different experience in their work with her - mine had much to do with ancestor trauma / attachment and past lives trauma. My highest recommendation is to give yourself a powerful gift and do some work with Tanya. I believe everyone's life can be greatly enriched by this sort of work. I don't think I've had another 90 minutes in my life that was as powerful and healing. I truly feel I have been rebirthed. Thank you, Tanya.

Jessie took the time to meet with me, share a bit about herself, and truly listen as I spoke about myself, which made me feel at ease right away. When I arrived at her space, she welcomed me so warmly and made me feel completely at home. The session itself was deeply relaxing, and I truly felt cared for throughout. Having had incredibly positive experiences with Michelina's reiki work, I decided to take a leap and go for her 3-month coaching program. Along the way, I learned so much: I was able to ditch ways of thinking that weren't helping, I was able to replace them with much healthier patterns, and I was able to open up to sources of support in places I hadn't known to look. I fully appreciated both the structured nature of the program, and the flexibility to address topics/observations that surprised us when they cropped up. I can't say enough good things about Michelina's talent, insightfulness, humor, skill, and kindness. I wasn't sure where this journey would lead, but now I feel well-equipped for any bumps or triumphs that await. That feels like true power to me.

I am deeply grateful for Sharon's Angelic Reiki, which played such a vital role in helping me get through those challenging two-week recovery periods. Even better news--before my fourth chemotherapy session, my diagnosis showed no active cancer cells remaining in my body! I highly recommend Sharon to anyone going through a similar journey. I'm a skeptic about anything not science driven but I'm open minded to possibilities that are beyond scientific evidence. I I came into this experience with curiosity and no reservations. I wanted to see what she had in store for me. Her reading couldn't have been closer to truth. Dina really helped me to interpret the cards and their meanings in my life right now. She has a warm and fun demeanor which takes away any apprehension. My life card, my card of the year and my reading was realistic and more than that, they were telling about how I was feeling and how I could improve myself in ways that I already know but I've pushed to the side. Verbal communication and taking time for myself are things that were highlighted in my reading that I've been wanting to make a priority for a while but when it's written and right there it's hard to ignore. She texted me photos of my card's descriptions from her book so I could read through them again later. We talked about a lot of things other than my cards, how I was feeling, things I was struggling with. She is also a herbalist, a massage therapist, she does reiki and practices all different kinds of natural healing therapies. I asked her for an herbal remedy for a lady issue my close girlfriend and I were both having and she sent me a TON of information on herbs, supplements and things we could cut out of our diet that could be causing it. If I lived closer I feel like I would be coming by her place often just to learn ways to make myself feel better. As it's a new year I'm looking forward to a new reading and seeing what this year has in store for me. I'm following her on facebook now just to get a bit of her daily healing messages and videos.
