It's only been one day, and I'm attuned to the fact that things are definitely still settling/integrating, but I feel more purely me (as if before, unknown to me, I had been dragging and holding many others, and that has been released... which it turns out is actually the case). The result manifests as feeling much more lightness, joy, and ease.
