Cost me almost 2K total. Refused to return my call to provide any explanation. Simply told her staff to say, "she's very busy". I should've heeded the 1st red flag: emailed a bill for $125, out of the blue ... NO INVOICE. After calling to inquire, told it was for a 10-15min. conversation.
