They are very professional and polite. My wife had been talikg to Terrill for a little bit over a year before we were finally able to come down and take a look at the homes. We were very impressed by what they had to offer and Terrill worked really hard on setting us up with the right house with the right budget. This was the worst decision we have made in our lives. These people aren't Christians. They will take you to the cleaners any chance they get. I should've checked the reviews on here before I made this decision. We didn't want to build a home with the lumber and interest rates being as high as they were so we went with these jokers. They delivered the home on a promise, and never held up to it. They fixed a couple of problems in the home after set up but we waited months for it to be complete until I finally came down myself and got the supplies I needed to do it myself. We even referred 2 other couples to buy from them before our deal was settled and they screwed them in the same way. Mike (I don't know his last name) the owner is a complete ass. And Tyler Paulsen the salesman, was a prick the whole time. If you'd like to know specifics on the dealings we had with them, feel free to email me at triplesranchgavin@gmail.com. Seriously. Worst decision of my life. Mike will tell you anything you need to hear to get you to buy, most of it will be a lie. When you do get your house and want to know when something will be done the only answer Rick the service manager will give you is "not today". If you buy a Sunshine home the factory service people will call on the way to your house with no prior notification, hopefully you can be there for them to do the work, if not they will try again the next time they are in the area, which is every 4-6 months. When my wife and I started this process, she read the reviews and I dismissed them, saying most people who leave reviews are never satisfied with anything or anyone. Now I wish I would have done more research. read more

Warning!!!! Do not buy from this joke of a business. They are more than willing to help you buy a home but once they dump it off at your sight, that's where the customer service ends. I have lived in my home now for about 4 months and the inside work is still not completed. My home came with a defective kitchen light that they said that they would order but still have not seen it. The calking they used is already falling out of the cracks, the house is not level, the skirting still needs some work. I'm missing a window screen and only received one set of stairs to the house. Exhaust fan in the bathroom is falling down from the ceiling. You can call and ask for Mike and he is always in a meeting. My husband drove up there and had a meeting with him but still nothing has been done. Calls, texts and emails go unanswered. They try and force you to sign off on their work just so they can collect the money from the finance company when the work has not been completed. I work to hard for the money I make and I will not roll over and take this kind of treatment. read more

Everything you are reading in the other reviews, all correct in my kids' home as well. We have walked through the same issues alongside them. Hope they shape up but seeing these reviews and knowing a year later this stuff is still going on is upsetting. I was not sure if I should rate them one star. You be the judge. Bought a home from Lifeway the end of Oct 20. Delivered right before Thanksgiving in Nov 20. The house arrived damaged. It also needed to be placed on the pier and beam system and have skirting added. The pier and beam work was done in December however, it is now January 20, 2020 and only some of the damage had been fixed (Champion , the manufacturer, sent a man out just last week). The rest of the damage which Lifeway is responsible for is not fixed. No ETA on when it will be. Also, the skirting has not been put on the house and no ETA. The poor communication has been this way since delivery. I don't have all the paint for the inside/outside that was to come with the home and have no clue what paint goes where. Champion said the seller, Lifeway, was suppose to provide this and provide details on what paints go where. BE CAREFUL. Think twice about buying from Lifeway. I see good and bad reviews. While Mike and Brenda are nice folks (have not dealt with anyone else there), they are not good at communicating and once they have your money, you basically have to be a PEST. I am hoping we can still get our home in a place where we can live in it. Today I heard from one of the owner's and they plan to make everything right. Do not do business with this company! Very unprofessional, do not have docemtation of money's that was charged for interest. I think $4000 in interest for 4 month on $90000. Is a bit much! They said this is what is being charged by the bank, but they could not give me any paperwork from bank. They hand wrote out a receipt showing the interest charged with no date then wanted me to sign it. Nope no way.. I signed nothing agreeing to pay interest. I told them I would, but I feel it was their responsibility to let me know I was being charged 8% interest plus a $150 every month for an inspection. This is their business , they should be able to lead you through this process with all the information needed. But what can you do they are holding your home hostage... will definitely be hiring an attorney. read more

I think you should be able to rate places like this with NEGATIVE stars. This is the worst place you could ever imagine to buy a home. Mike and Keith will promise you the world then take every dime you have and leave you penniless with a house that doesn't function right. A bad service department that has employees that will spend more time in their vehicles then addressing the problems. They will spin it every which way to put the blame on you for the issues so the expense will not fall on Mike Harrison. Keith will mock you to your face and try to con you into signing and if that fails he will call in the False Profit Mike to seal the deal. Mike will sell you all the best hopes and dreams telling you how he got in this business to "help people" he will tell you how it is his passion and best believe he will bring GOD into it. DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH LIFEWAY HOMES IS JUST LIKE GETTING INTO BED WITH THE DEVIL! Your home will not function correctly pipes, electric, roof, hidden soft spots, mold, trim, opening on the outside that you will be told he will take care of and before you know if every bird within a mile is living in your ceiling, not to mention ceilings that are falling in from all of the water damage once your home is slapped together they will walk away good luck getting them to trim it out apparently that has to be stated in your CONTRACT. I met in-house staff members that were wonderful compassionate and I felt like they listened to my issues and sympathized with me and who I believe genuinely wanted to help but Mike cannot have good people work for him so of course, he got rid of them kept the snakes and the people who had any good in them he stripped of that and helped them stoop as low as he is. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE YOU SHOULD STAY! Just drive down the street there are all kinds of places to purchase a home from. Don't let the professional con men screw you over. If you don't believe me just go through the reviews that are one star on google and read the responses. He never apologizes, he never takes responsibility, he's very arrogant and rude all he does is defend his right to take advantage of people. What kind of grown professional man of GOD will put people's personal emails as a response to a bad review or mock and belittle them? THE KIND YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM! read more
