As a parent working with Life touch photography, it was a horrible experience!! You would think this would be easy when they promote "Just got easier... click on the student id tab..." As a parent I know my child's name, last name, school, school Id and still it didn't allow me. I called a week ago explained how I have an account since my child was in elementary school but I can't add him now that he is in middle school. She made me do the same process I did before I called them (how is that troubleshooting?) After wasting my time... reading all the prompts from the screen (customer service training) she mentioned someone will contact you via email. 2 months later...here I am still waiting. I am tired of calling, posting on social media and explaining. Calling to speak with a human being is not easy either. It should allow you to speak with someone and then decided how to escalate the call. Every case is different. Companies have to stop employing people who cannot handle customer service. It's not all about reading the prompts. I gave them a 1 because it won't allow me to give them a 0!! Horrible Service! read more

Avoid using this company if you want good School pictures. I was not happy with the way my sons pictures came out on the original picture day so I sent the package and him to school on retake day to get retakes done. A couple weeks later when they sent the school class pictures Home I received an envelope telling me it wasn't too late to order his retakes. I called them and explained that I had already ordered his school pictures but sent his package in on retake day to receive retakes. The woman on the phone told me that she would ship me the retakes I even verified with her that it would be the retake pictures not the original pictures. Lo and behold today in the mail I received the original pictures not the retakes and now I've wasted plenty of time in trying to get these pictures to family members. Completely dissatisfied And aggravated by the incompetence of this company. read more

Had Lifetouch come to our preschool to take spring photos and graduation. When the girl arrived she looked very young but it soon became clear she really had a gift for making the shyest of children smile. When the pictures arrived (2 days ago) I could not believe how beautiful they were. They are the nicest pictures I have seen and I have been a preschool director for over 20years. Paid for a package of school pics and when the envelope came that should have the pics in it, only the proofs were in it. The school told me to contact the company. No contact # on the envelope. Went to website, again no # to call. I emailed them 1 week ago and no response. Left another email this evening. Unacceptable business practice. read more
