If I could rate this eyecare center a 0 I would. Back on October 11th, I scheduled an appointment for October 18th for a prescription contact lenses. I also explained to them that my employer would pay for safety glasses for my job. I explained to them that I order my contacts online, and need a new prescription. This was ALL done by text. I went in on October 18th thinking I was getting what was agreed on in the texts. Come to find out that they ONLY gave me the prescription for glasses, which I paid $228.00 for. And than they told me that my work glasses would arrive in 2 weeks. I got back ahold of them on November 26th (5 weeks later) asking for my work glasses. Come to find out that they didn't even order them. And on top of everything they WILL NOT refund my money even though they said that there was miscommunication and I didn't receive the exam that I was supposed to get in the first place. I told them to keep the work glasses and I'll go to Lincoln, at least the eye doctor's in Lincoln would understand what an eye prescription for contact lenses is. I spoke to my employer on this situation so that they can get rereimbursed for the saftey glasses that was NEVER ORDERED!!! Absolute waist of my money and my time even having anything to do with this facility. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Worth traveling over an hour for every year! Dr. Crotty takes great care of my family and there's no way we'll see anyone else as long as we can make the trip from Omaha. They have some of the most advanced and state of the art equipment you'll see in the U.S. and with competent and friendly staff, we're always treated like family by everyone in the clinic. We all learn a little more about our eyes and overall health and enjoy working with the optician to pick out the perfect new pair of glasses. I couldn't recommend it enough, but like I said, we travel over an hour to keep our doctor :) We also love making a day of hanging out in such a lovely town. read more

Dr. Wright is excellent!! The whole experience from the moment you walk in the door until you walk out is one of care. I have been to other Optometrists but am happy I found Lifetime!!! read more

My family always receives top notch care at Lifetime Vision Center. I've been a patient at Lifetime for many years and now take my children there. The staff is friendly and they patiently answer all my questions. I can't imagine going anywhere else! read more

The staff treated me like family from the beginning of the process. They educate you as you go through each step of the exam. The whole team is very knowledgeable about their products and what your insurance will cover. Dr. Crotty is top notch. I would recommend them many times over. read more

The waiting room was very airy and clean with big windows and good circulation. There were books for children and magazines and the chairs were comfortable. There was also a coffee maker but I didn't have any so I don't know the quality of the coffee. Dr. Morrisey was very proficient and worked quickly but not hurriedly. I didn't feel rushed and we chatted as she worked. Dr. Morrisey was very honest about the future of my eyesight and gave me advice on how to maintain my eyesight for as long as possible. She answered all of my questions and gave me advice for buying glasses on a budget as I don't have insurance. Katlin also priced some frames for me from their own stock and put aside my chosen pair in case I do decide to purchase glasses from Dr. Morrisey. They accept Care Credit and possibly other medical credit lines. Katlin told me that they send "thank you" cards to referring patients which I thought was really nice as a relative referred me.

I've been going to Lifetime Vision Center for more than 25 years and have never had a bad experience. Dr. John has never had a problem with referring me to another practitioner when he felt it necessary for the health of my eyes. The staff have always been professional and friendly. Dr John and staff have always been forth-right with me concerning my eye health and I have never felt intimidated for lack of understanding what was necessary for my optimal eye care, they were always very willing to discuss any questions/concerns I had without reservations. I would highly recommend Lifetime Vision Center for all your eye care needs. read more

I had to take my 4 year old son in to get his eyes checked for kindergarten and it was such a pleasant experience! My younger son who is 1 was very cranky during the visit and they brought him toys and a lollipop. What a life saver! Dr. Wright and his staff were wonderful! They explained everything he was going to experience and made him at ease with all of the machines and what they were going to do. Dr. Wright took the time to explain the images of his eye and what everything was on the images. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wright and staff to family and friends! My family has gone to Dr. Crotty for 4 generation. Presently my parents, my husband and I, our children and their spouses, and our granddaughters are all patients of Dr. John Crotty. I wouldn't trust my vision to anyone else. Dr. Crotty and staff are very knowledgeable and thorough at every exam. They have the state of the art procedures and equipment. Dr. Crotty explains every result of your exam to you personally...you are never treated as a five minute patient...he always has time to visit with you and answer any concerns. Always professional and Dr. Wright is an excellent teacher-always explains what he is looking at and for. Staff keeps you informed if appointment running late. Frames and lenses are on the high end of price however they always are willing to adjust or fix if there is a problem. I have been very pleased with the glasses and care I have gotten at Lifetime Vision. A wonderful option for eye care so close to home. read more

My husband and I had a very positive experience with Lifetime Vision Center. The staff is friendly and courteous. The testing and equipment is state of the art. The only place that I have experienced an equivalent eye examination was at Washington University Medical School in St. Louis. The doctor was patient and explained the results of the tests, and made me feel that my time was important to him. read more

The staff were all very friendly and professional, and would explain every procedure and would happily answer any questions or concerns. The facility and equipment was very clean and up to date. I will be driving the 45 mintes to Auburn to receive the care that Lifetime Vision Center gives. Everyone there is friendly and very knowledgeable. Like family here! The atmosphere at Lifetime Vision is wonderful....they make you feel like family! The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. John Crotty and associates have provided care and vision products to my family for the past 31 years. Lifetime Vision Center has provided the best of services in comparison to other vision clinics in eastern Nebraska.
