She was nice, professional and made me comfortable. She spent extra time to explain my complicated (or it was to me anyway) situation with my severe astigmatism and how to find the best prescription so I can enjoy reading again. I am VERY grateful that I found them! And I got some super cute glasses. The staff was friendly, patient and quick to find out exactly what my insurance would cover and they will submit for me.
