The phone number listed gets you some one in the LA area, they know nothing about the local office. They refer you to Arizona for supplies even though you have asked for a specific person in Bakersfield. I was switched back to a recording several times with no immediate contact with the person I asked to speak to. Finally I was offered the choice of being called back by someone in Bakersfield. Will keep you informed when and if I get a call back. If I can get in touch with Lorie Dickey in Bakersfield, she is the on bright spot with this company, hope she still works for Lifecare. Two days later, talked to someone in the LA area, they told me the Bakersfield store was closed. Wish they had told me that on the first call and I would not have wasted time trying to find them. read more

I've been using Lifecare Solutions for my son since he was released from the hospital in 2014. He was hospitalized in Los Angeles and they had a rep drive down to meet us with his oxygen and feeding equipment and when we arrived home for the bigger equipment. I thought this was over and beyond and was super happy. However, as time went on, I have been so disappointed. They never deliver the same day, if you need oxygen tanks delivered you have to wait until the next day which they didn't tell me ahead of time or you have to go pick them up. I spoke to my son's Pulomary doctor who said no you should NEVER have to pick them up, that's their job. Twice my son needed oxygen tanks and couldn't wait until the next day so I went to pick them up and they were out of oxygen tanks! Now, the first time was my fault I guess since I didn't ask if they had any in stock, but I'm thinking you're our oxygen vendor so you should have them. After that experience, I asked the rep and was told yes they have them and I could come down in 15 minutes, so I did and they were out! Other than that, sometimes the reps have forgotten to put my order in or didn't change the address that they needed to be delivered to. I've had so many problems and no apologies, except from 1 of the reps in office! I can't wait until we don't have to use them anymore. read more

Lifecare solutions has been our medical supply company for years and the local branch has helped me so much Laurie the Respitory therapist helped me get cathiders for my son when he needed them before his order arrived she was so amazing and Veronica helped me take care of payment and getting things sorted out I'm so impressed with this company and their help to make sure my son was taken care of on last minute notice and want to thank them so much if you need medical supplies I recommen them completely read more

We called Lifecare Solutions after we discovered at 430 pm that the tank they delivered was extremely low/empty.. We asked if they could deliver a tank.. They said no that they didn't deliver after hours.. I told them I needed one by early the next morning to go to a dr appointment.. Worst place I have ever dealt with in the 16 years I have had my insurance. Literally have to have the insurance call them to get any of my supplies as they give you the run around and say that the doctor AND insurance approval is not enough. They say they override everything even the doctor! That is until the insurance calls them directly and suddenly they change their tune. Would give them zero stars if I could!!! read more

I have never met a more ineptly run company in my life. I ordered a hospital bed for my husband in June and due to mishandling of paperwork and poor communication within their organization, his bed was not delivered until 9 pm, hours after the promised time. Two months later I was given a bill and had to go round and round with the billing end of the business regarding that should be billed to Medicare. After several calls this was finally taken care of. I called 3 days ago for the bed to be picked up and was told it would be on Thursday and I would get a call Wednesday night to schedule. When I had not heard by 9 am today I called and was told that the drivers do their own scheduling and they do not come in until 11 am. I waited until 12:45 pm and called again. This time I was told the bed would be picked up between 1 and 3 pm. At 4:40 I called and asked what the heck was going on. I was then told the driver was in route. I did ask in route from where since he could be driving a great distance and she replied that no more than 30 minutes. 5:40 arrived and I called the company to listen to the after hours message stating that the company was open from 9 to 6 and to call back tomorrow if not an urgent matter. I did reach the answering service and stated my frustration. They stated they would call the driver. Minutes later I get a call from the driver, but not because he was called, but because he was in the area and thought he'd just check. It is hard enough when you have a loved one seriously ill, but situations created like this because of people either not caring or ill equipped to perform their jobs make the situation much more difficult. On a better note, I have to say that each driver, tonight and in June, were kind, thoughtful and attentive. read more

These tanks and a concentrator were given to my dad at the time of discharge from the hospital. It was very unprofessionally handled from the get go. We were given two portable tanks and one was totally empty and the other pretty darn close to empty. We live over an hour away from their office. I called to have the two tanks exchanged with full ones and was told they would be there the next day. After not hearing anything from them all day long (it is now 4:00), I called their office. For some reason the delivery didn't get put on their schedule and now we will have to wait five more days to have the tanks exchanged as we don't live close enough to go to their office and exchange them our self. I hope things on their end get better or we will look for another source. read more

If I were able, I would rate it 0 stars they have been lying to me and my family saying that they were going to deliver a walker for my mother, they lied and never sent it to I had to drive more than 30 minutes to get it from them, while I was there I hard a few phone calls regarding clients not receiving there orders horrible service wouldn't recommend. read more
