I have been a member of this Lifetime fitness for more than a year, and I have been member years prior in locations in Texas and Michigan. I can say in most definitive terms- Lifetime is not what it once was, and I will never be a member anymore. First of all, Lifetime is expensive. At $400+ for couples it is the most expensive gym in Vegas. Other gyms don't even consider Lifetime to be a gym but a country club. At this price - you would think you are getting something special - not so much. Granted it is a nice gym-but interior looks the same as it did in other Lifetime gyms 20 years ago. Equipment is all right, but broken equipment is not fixed or replaced in timely fashion. On any given morning you will fight to be able to find available treadmill and coming in off peak hours became my norm. I tried taking tennis lessons which are additional on top of $400+ per month but staff was less than enthusiastic with my schedule of one session per week pay as I go, instead of buying thousands of dollars of lessons at once - so they stopped scheduling me and returning phone calls. Out of town guests cannot come visit with you, more than once per month. I had visitors from overseas staying with me for a week but it was impossible to find compromise which wouldn't break a bank. Billing is also a problem. My wife put membership on hold due to foot surgery only to find out they increased our membership $70+ per month after unfreezing. Getting someone from membership to address this issue took 2 months and they only refunded a portion. I called probably 15 times and every time I was in club I was told nobody was available to discuss this in person. Ultimately I decided to cancel membership, and they were happy to see me go. Stationary bikes for cycling classes are easily 20 years old, and classes during the week were blah. Weekend classes were good. Lifetime was an interesting concept until it priced itself out of market. Owned by private equity group, it has cash first customer service later concept. I vote down on this strategy with my membership cancelation.

If you've ever dreamed of paying $5000 a year for 10 year old equipments Life Time Green Valley is paradise. Want hydromassage? Cold plunge? Recovery tools? Too bad -- those exist at other clubs, just not this one. Want over 30% price increase annually? You came to the right gym. But hey, at least you can recover from your workouts by looking at "luxury" furniture you paid for and never use. This place is all about charging more and more and delivering less and less. Do yourself a favor -- go somewhere that invests in your health, not just its own aesthetic Instagram posts.

I've been coming for I think over two months maybe 3 and will say my family really enjoys it. The kids academy is great the staff is nice and patient with my baby considering she's a toddler and doesn't go to daycare. After a few visits she loves it and was reported to me making friends. They offer swim classes for kiddos but it's extra I think it's worth it though and comparable to other places I looked. The facility is nice. Easy to park they do a lot of community events which are cool. They also Have classes for your kiddos I have not done any yet bc she declined and wanted to play Instead lol. The pool is nice but it was annoying that in October kids aren't allowed in The evening time. I think that's kind of dumb here considering it was still 80 degrees. Also for how much I'm paying for my family of 3, the mats that they have that you can use In The classes smell of BO. These need to be cleaned better and deodorized or replaced more frequently. The locker room are cool and i like that they have the family one with privacy showers and changing rooms. The staff are friendly enough although when I had problems initially setting up the app they couldn't help me and I had to cal corporate to fix it. They did say you can call to schedule the classes if the app fails and the kids academy. Also super nice that you have to schedule to prevent over crowding. The Pilate teacher was super nice but considering there are other Pilates clubs for cheaper monthly prices the classes with the reformer are not worth it. They need t lower the price or just make a flat add on. The yoga instructors are great. I wish they had actual hot yoga but it's like warmed. I haven't made it to the cross for classes but from what I've observed in passing the seem encouraging and patient. The recovery room is a cool concept but being open til 5 or 6 is not great considering it's Vegas's. Wish it was open later.

Ask the Community - Life Time

How often are people playing basketball?

I would check the app and/or the online schedule to see because yeah, they do have tournaments and things going on often.

Are wet rooms open? Steam sauna jacuzzi

No they are not open yet. Since they are not allowed to be open Lifetime is refurbishing them all at least.

How much are massages?

30 minutes run about 69.00, 60 minutes are 104.00 and 120 minutes are 203.00 They offer different styles of massages too. Call the Lifespa to get more information

Is there an indoor climbing area?

At the summerlin location not green valley

Do they have an indoor track?

No, they don't. The only gym in town that has indoor tracks is LVAC

Does this gym get pretty busy/packed? Unfortunately I work a 9-5 job, I workout after work so I'd be coming by during "peak hours" wasn't sure if this place would still be pretty empty during those times with this place being bigger than most..?

It's busy, but always machines and room to work out.

Is the reformer Pilates classes included in the membership?

Unfortunately not, Pilates is an additional charge because of the use of the Reformers. Please feel free to contact your local club about specific pricing! Thanks for your question!

How much extra is the kids academy and child care?

It's 40.00 per/child monthly added to your membership. I think children under 4 can only stay 2 hours in childcare, children 4 and up can stay 3 hours I believe. They are really nice here and I think the 40/ month is really worth it. You also get… Read more

Does life time have any heated classes?

They sure do. I know they have heated yoga. I know this because I attended it and it kicked my butt.

I'm one of those older guys who always thinks he can do more than he probably should, so I'm constantly pushing myself to the limit. That usually takes a toll, but these guys keep putting me back together and keeping me active. I'm physically stronger and in less pain now than I was 20 years ago, and that's because of this place. The therapists here are extremely knowledgeable and great at finding the root cause of issues instead of just treating symptoms. I'm incredibly thankful they keep me in the gym and on the road, running virtually pain-free. And yes, they now see my entire family, because they're that good. They currently treat my son for a knee issue and are amazing with him, especially since he was nervous to come in because of his autism. My wife goes there for herniated discs, and they've helped her feel stronger and so much better. Even my daughter came in after waking up one morning with severe back pain, they fixed her right up, and she didn't even want to stop coming once she hit 100% (we finally had to tell her she was good!). Thanks Align, for taking such great care of our whole family!

I had my 2nd rotator cuff tendon surgery on November 25, 2025, after a work injury. I researched…read morein-network clinics in my area, and found Align Physical therapy clinic. I went to the clinic, and spoke with the staff. They were very friendly, and showed me around the clinic. They told me about the treatment option, and said the could fit me in right away. I gave them my referral from my Orthopedic doctor, and they scheduled my appointments for the week. The the 1st appointment after waiting about 15 minutes, my therapist said he was just doing an assessment of my range of motion. I only took about 30 minutes. He massaged my shoulder, did some slight movement of my arm, and instructed me to do some rotation and sliding exercises. He put a heating pad on my shoulder, and that was it. The 2nd appointment I had to wait 15 minutes before similar treatment. The 3rd appointment, I had to wait 20 minute before being called to a massage table. My assigned therapist was working on another patient. I was given a table just a few feet away from where he was. I was agreed to a heat pad on my shoulder while I waited for my therapist. I sat with the pad for another 20 minutes. At this point I was annoyed. Why schedule an appointment when you clearly are not available. Another therapist named JC came to my table and took the pad off my shoulder. He tried to change the position of the table, but he did not know how to operate it. He went over to another therapist to ask for assistance. That is when I realized that he was new, and obviously inexperienced! He massaged my shoulder for about 5 minutes. I was visibly in pain, and he was scared to treat me. He said it was unusual for a patient to be in that much pain even though I had surgery less than 3 weeks ago. He told me that I needed to call my doctor. I was shocked and mortified that Align clinic would assign such an experienced therapist who didn't know how to treat me. I waited 40 minutes for about 10 minutes worth of treatment. I called my doctor's office immediately after I left, and was advised not to return to Align clinic. I then called Align clinic, and told them that my doctor and I decided that I was not a good fit for this clinic and I would not be returning. In my opinion this clinic is more like a gym than a therapeutic clinic. The staff is pleasant, and the clinic is clean, however I think the clinic is not organized, as I didn't see anyone writing notes or looking at records of their patients. The clinic was very crowded and it seems the priority is on getting the most business instead of making sure each patient gets the best treatment.
