Plenty of parking available outside the space. There are cubbies to leave your stuff, private bathrooms with showers (bring your own towel), and a water fountain to fill up your bottle before class! The workout room is dimly lit, with fun lights and loud music to keep you motivated. The equipment is really clean and organized well. Staff are so friendly and knew my name by my second class. The workouts definitely fall into the HIIT category, incorporating various intervals of strength training and Air Bike pushes. Each day is a little different which makes it fresh, but exercises come back around each week so you can feel like you are moving towards mastery of the movements pretty quickly. Being new to the area, I am happy I finally found a workout spot to dig in some roots!

Great thing about Anytime Fitness is the ability to work out anywhere there is a Anytime Fitness gym. After 30 days, you are granted access to any of the gym locations even outside the US for a low monthly fee. And get this, ALL the gyms are open 24/7. Keep in mind, the staff hours are limited so if you need assistance, you're going to have to go in during regular business hours. They also offer group/personal training classes which I don't care too much about. I get my workout in and get out. It's got everything I need and then some. When you walk in you'll be able to see a shelf of cubbie storage where you can put your keys and other miscellaneous stuff. In addition to plenty coat hangers, there is a shoe rack as well. I really appreciate that little area so people don't drag their wet shoes along the hardwood floor to get to the restrooms on the other side. This gym has everything anyone needs, although the lifting stations and free-weights area are cramped. The free weight benches are somewhat of an hindrance at this particular location due to the space constraint so if you are by the free weights, you'll notice you won't have much room to roam freely. Stuff have to be moved around on occasion even when you're working out by yourself... Some AF locations have lockers but this one does not. It is a safe gym with camera rigged everywhere especially the entrance area. I've been to several locations around a few states and all the gyms are set up pretty much the same plus or minus a few workout equipment like jump ropes, boxes for box jumps and plyometrics/yoga/stretching area. It varies from gym to gym as these gyms are franchised out. If you want to bulk up, you can do so at an Anytime Fitness gym but don't expect the same number of workout benches and/or weightlifting stations compared to World's/Gold's Gym... If you want to lose weight and tone, you can also do that here. Tons of cardio machines and are greatly maintained. The thing I really like about these gyms is there is always almost no one there so you can get an efficient and effective workout whenever you feel like it. Don't get me wrong though, I don't mind working out with equally minded people who are trying to get their workouts in... I just can't stand groups of 3-5 people at a given station just chatting about last night with the hot chick or what not.

The attendees are all frequent flyers and know the routines and very very nice. The class is fun but feels very Jane Fonda aerobics. The music is a little outdated and the moves are easy enough but I had a hard time keeping up with some of them . There are modifications to make the moves low impact. Overall it's something fun to rotate in every once in a while. Unsure if it's for me in the long run. Also note: you'll need clean sneakers and a yoga mat. The mat wasn't listed as something needed in ClassPass. They did have mats and weights to use though.

Unbelievably…read morein this day and age there is no way to address membership status/payment information from your account online. So I had to call. Which means I have no documentation. I did get in contact with the owner though. I was correctly not charged for the following month. However, come to the 2nd month after I had called and I was billed again. Being that it didn't show up on the credit card statement, it was already close to the 3rd month. I contacted the business through email, so that I would at least have some documentation to this process. A week goes by and no response. So I called and left a voice mail message. Another several days go by and there is no response to my voice mail message either. But another charge goes through on my credit card. Working on having this reversed through the credit card company. But, it's not easy because obviously there is no documentation from the initial time I spoke with the owner other than me explaining that it's a monthly charge which did stop one month and then they started charging me again. I had been planning on rejoining again. But with this ongoing issue and receiving no response, I'm done.

The second we come to this one and every time we were there the caregiver had an issue. My kids are 3 and 4 one has autism. My kids are kids not justifying if they are not behaving yes I will talk to them. But getting comments on well its no much for me. (mind you its just one kid or 2 kids at most). And then talking to management about it and honestly felt completely dismissed and her saying we are not professionals in medical problems. Don't waste your time or energy here.

The woman at the front desk was very rude in telling me that my 3 day pass had expired and I needed to wait to talk with them. I even showed her my appointment to use the gym at 8:30am. She said the trainers do not come in at that time. So why did I get the appointment and why couldn't I just go work out? She was very rude and made it seem like I was doing something wrong so I left. And I will not be back either. I think the front desk staff need to be better educated bc she didn't even know they offered a 3 days pass.

They walked me through exactly what I needed, what to expect, they wrapped my hands for me, and came over during class to help me put on the gloves. The instructor (while intense) was great. He broke each move down on what it should look like. It felt like a good balance of beginner level content and helpful pointers for regulars. I left the workout feeling sweaty, but accomplished. A boxing class is honestly cheaper than therapy.

C4 has month to month unlimited packages and 5 or 10 class packages. The price is SO reasonable, and you can try the gym for free for a week. The community is welcoming from the very first day, and Mollie is available to answer all of your questions. I ended up going to the gym 3-4 times a week and tried classes ranging from boot camp to yoga. Prior to C4, I had stopped lifting and was out of shape, but the C4 instructors are ready to help all skill ranges and ages.
