From the flexibility of Talia scheduling us in quickly and giving us information on other locations in the area, to the whole positive visit experience that was very quick, with no wait time. Lindy was the specialist who helped us quite a bit. She cleaned the hearing aids, tested my mothers hearing (which is done annually), instructed us on how to best insert the hearing aid, and gave us some really good tips and recommendations.
