This business does not even deserve a star for anything... I am pissed, they took from Monday to Thursday to deliver a LIGHTWEIGHT WHEELCHAIR, and I get a regular wheelchair, that I cannot lift let alone fit in my small car. So here I am, calling the Dr office, Lifecare and spinning my wheels finding out I have no options because I am Medical Molina... 1for Obama care 0 for me. No star , Yelp you need to allow no star ratings. read more

Since Friday, 6/30/2017, I have been calling Life Care Solutions regarding the batteries powering my Oxygen Concentrator (the portable unit). One battery, after being charged All Night, lasted 20 Minutes, the other battery, after being charged for 7 hours, lasted 6 Minutes. I have called their San Diego office & their Redlands, Calif office about this battery problem. I am told that someone will call me to resolve this battery issue. Nobody has called! This company gladly takes my money, but FAILS to provide the Service that I need to Breathe! I will report this company to my Health Care company, SCAN. Sincerely, Betty Portegies Murrieta, Calif 92562 read more

In the decade of working in sales and customer service I have never dealt with this level of incompetence. After three weeks of unreturned phone calls and inquiries as to the status of my CPAP order I was told that a copy of my medical insurance's approval was required to complete the order. I called my insurance company, after several days of being told that they were merely awaiting a response from them, and was told that they had no such record of any requests. I asked for them to email me a copy of the document which I then forwarded on to Life Care Solutions. That afternoon I was called to schedule a 45 minute appointment with a respiratory therapist for a week and a half after that day. This meant that even though my insurance had approved the CPAP machine I would be picking up the machine almost two full weeks after my coverage through the job I was leaving had lapsed. They told me it would be completely covered. Since the CPAP machine is a rented piece of equipment (which is different from what is noted on the invoice I received when I picked it up during the 15 minute (not 45 as I'm sure my insurance was billed) appointment) I'm now being told that I owe them over $500.00. The amount wouldn't be as expensive had they processed the paperwork on time, but I am so completely fed up with receiving letters and phone calls in the middle of the work day that I told them to come pick up the machine. I would rather deal with my sleep apnea and the exhaustion than put up with such frustrating incompetence. I highly advise anyone considering this company to avoid it. read more

One incompetent mistake after the other. And every time our specialist got it ironed out for their office they made another error. Each mistake cost my husband several good nights of sleep as he requires a CPAP. Shame on this company for not getting organized and to the healthcare industry for not making them more accountable. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to look through these comments and see that something needs to change with this company. read more

ZERO stars!!!! Tried on several occasions to get my new order filled. Could NOT get through! I am going to ask my doctor to request from another provider. Horrible! Would not recommend and I have not even filled an order with them. read more

I recently retired as CEO from a large business. I dealt with many service provider type businesses for over 37 years. I never encountered such a disorganized, inefficient, uncommunicative, inept organization as Life Care Solutions. I selected a single star in the Yelp rating only because there was no lower category. Be forewarned .... read more

Do NOT change to Medicare Advantage unless you are desperate to save the money. While I kept my doctor, I was changed to Regal Medical Group and to Lifecare for CPAP supplies. I cannot reach either office for solutions. It has been 6 months now, and I have received nothing. In fact, the phone number that Regal gave me for Lifecare does not work, and I cannot get a callback from Regal to even give me a new number. These people apparently don't care if you live or die. In fact, since I can't reach them to get them to fill the order for supplies, I can't even make any money for them. I am so disgusted that I am changing my Medicare supplement plan back to what I had before and moving to Arizona. Maybe I'll have better luck there. Goodbye SoCal. read more

I was very worried with all the other reviews on here. I was going to have a problem getting to my appointment for a new CPAP so I called and asked if I could get in a day early. After checking for availability at all other locations the RT told me if I could get there asap I'd been seen. I only had to wait about 2 min and then they took me back. The RT was friendly, thorough and seemed appreciative of my gratitude for letting me come in early on such short notice. read more

This is the worst company. I have been through at least 10 calls. Paid for supplies. And they still cant figure out my account. Obviously in it for the money. read more

Phone calls not returned. Long phone wait times. Passed from one person to another. No tech to help with Dream Machine. Incompetent billing department. FRUSTRATING! And I might sound a bit cranky but my machine has not worked for over a week and I am tired. read more

I have been trying to get a breast pump from this company for 2 months now. Each time I call I must explain my story again and each person I talk to gives me a different answer. All my other friends who have ordered a breast pump through a medical supply company (because insurance will now pay for it) have had no issues, but this company has given me the run around. I would call and fax in my information and not receive a call back. I would call back weeks later and nothing had been done with my order. One representative told me I was completely covered and would send the pump out to me. After waiting 3 weeks for a pump that didn't arrive I called back and another representative told me I need to get authorization from my insurance company first (that I was responsible for acquiring; they would not contact my insurance) and I was only 50% covered-information I could have used during that 3 weeks. When I finally called to cancel my order (I'm willing to pay partly out of pocket for a pump with another company than deal with this company for a free one) they hung up on me! Terrible customer service. Just terrible!!! read more
