I went to pick them up and the young lady at the desk wasn't at the desk. She was tucked to the side playing on the computer or something and taking her time to attend to the guests and customers. When asked for help she acted as if forced to get out of bed to let the cat out or something. Sure, it may be a very good hotel but customer service is lacking, meaning that the first person you meet who works there gives you a bad taste in your mouth about the whole place.

My one problem with this place was how wildly overpriced the food was. For my appetizer, I received 3 lobster raviolis and it cost 16 Euros. The steak and onion kabob, while delicious, was almost 30 Euros. Including my meal and my girlfriend's, plus we both had a glass of wine, it came out to 98 Euros for lunch. That is the only bad part about it. If you don't mind forking over some money, this is a very nice place to eat.

When I hosted conferences and had colleagues come, they stayed here and I sometimes booked their reservations. The staff at the front desk has always been very professional, very helpful and always spoke very good English. They were happy to assist in any way possible. I have sat in the bar there, a very small one but very nice and a relaxed atmosphere. I have also eaten there, sitting both in the restaurant and outside. The service was always superb. For somebody who hasn't stayed here, I can highly recommend just about everything but the comfort of the beds.

The morning buffet has a great selection of food, coffee, juice, ... Fresh and appetizing. The only challenge was parking. There is a limited set of spaces and it can be hard to navigate the downstairs parking. Overall a great place close to the center, the railway station and the conference center.

The carpets in the hallways have drawings on them. Nice. We ate in the restaurant though and the food was fantastic. I had a mixed fish dish with 3 kinds of fish, some calamari and also jumbo shrimps. It came with some cooked vegetables. Really amazing food! The prices are perhaps a bit more than your average restaurant but well worth the extra Euros.

There's free continental breakfast in the morning, which is nothing special but decent enough. On the other hand, the bar and dinner were great, especially compared to the average hotel.
