It might not be the biggest shopping mall in Stockholm County and it also might not have the…read morebiggest and best selection of shops and restaurants - especially when compared to Taby Centrum, Galleria and the Mall of Scandinavia but Mood for me has that little unique spark about it which the other malls don't have - a right combination of modern and hipster with a focus on independent retailers, with one of the few big chains here being a usefully located and nice branch of Starbucks on the lower floor. It is also behind the huge, grand NK department store which is one of the city's oldest department stores. Don't come here just for shopping - well that is a main part of it but the experience here is much different to the other malls of the city and I think that offering of something different is what makes this mall unique - it is pretty swanky inside, reminding me of a modern-day rendition of Afflecks Palace in the Northern Quarter, Manchester. As far as I recall all entrances are step-free, you can either go in at the main level either side of Starbucks or down a side street where there is a small lift - but do be careful using it though as the lift has a grey shield which goes so you can't see out of it, don't make the mistake I did and think that meant the lift door was open - this is the first time I'm actually complaining about how clean it was, the lift was so spotless it looked like the door wasn't there at all! There are also ramps when needed. I did find the toilets hard to locate which seemed to be the only thing not stated on their store directory. This isn't an ordinary shopping mall - if you want to come here and shop till you drop this isn't the place for that but it still is a pretty cool addition to the shopping scene of Stockholm and actually in the city centre - which is often limited due to the huge taxes of over 50% imposed by the council! 4*

This is the way a shopping mall should be in my view. Stylish, edgy, and full of shops that i'd…read morelike to go to. The eateries alone are worth hitting for the food obsessed. Clothing galore, and even cooler, business meeting/computer/communications facilities. Hell build me a flat and ill move in here!

I actually live in the area and am moving a few blocks even closer to this mall! I love the…read moreconvenience of it. You can visit places like a juice bar, a sushi bar, Bagel Street Cafe, Zocalo, Chillbox frozen greek yogurt, Forno Romano, Indiska, Clas Ohlson, H&M, Lindex, Hunkemöller, Saint Tropez, Report, Ecco, Esprit and many more! I also just noticed that they're opening a Brow Bar soon too! I think they have everything you can find at the bigger malls regularly and a few stores that I think are a little more unique for Stockholm. The only one I think it's really missing is Åhlens for some reason. Conveniently, I looked up the link you can go to for a listing of all the boutiques: www.liljeholmstorget.se The only downsides about this mall are pretty much the downsides of going to any of the malls in Sweden. The air-conditioning is used sparsely in the summer (hard for us temperature controlled Americans) and the customer service also sucks pretty bad compared to in the states (just try to return something to Esprit... you'll get treated like a criminal). However, the things I do really like about this mall is the location (right across from hipster Hornstull (Hipstull?). The T-banna leads right into the lower level for easy access. I also really LOVE the ICA in the basement. The Gluten free section is huge! It also carries a lot of American things like mac and cheese, Reese's, Orville Redenbacher popcorn, Snapple and Doritos so I can get my fix! =-) There are also other grocery stores on site like Willys, Coop and Lidl, but I don't think they're as good. On another note, I really like the free parking on weekends (and free for 2 hours when you buy something at ICA during the week... get a slip from the cashier.) It's nice to bring the car when your loading up on groceries and in a hurry. Great place to live near! Two thumbs up! =)

This is…read morenot trying to be the biggest, most trendy or whatever but rather just have the basic stores one need close by. I would not travel to get here but it fills a gap for people living in the surrounding areas and parts of Södermalm. The mall is spread over three floors as well as some stores facing the square outside. You will fins your basic H&M, MQ, Brothers, Lindex and those types of stores. I would not go clothes shopping here as it is fairly basic but it is nice to have a few (3 when this is written) pharmacies, Clas Ohlson, a book store and a sporting goods store but what mainly impresses is the selection of grocery stores. The best one in Stockholm Ica kvantum is here with their excellent meat and cheese selection. Then there is an impressive selection for people who want other things like Asian food store and two more focused on low prices (Willys and lidl) and Coop (not sure what they focus on, neither price nor quality). All in all a good suburban mall.
